Only 1 night
We stayed only for one night in a triple bed room and would not want to stay any longer. The bathroom was relativly dirty - they clean only the sink and toilet nothing more. There was no warm water in the shower only in the sink. Wifi connection was too weak to use in the room. And we had to ask to get bed linen.

Stay calm not far from a highway
The location is good for explorers or to take a break. Very near to thr main Dubai Muscat highway, few meters to the left at Mulladah R/A (with boat sculptures) before Barka/Musannah. There is late night dinner option of grilled stuff etc. If available, take rooms near to the reception for better wifi coverage. Ours at 31 was not good enough. Yoo may order food to room or at the restaraunt or open court with wonderful sound of chrping birds. reasonable totally.
