Old age home within the hotel, which is not mentioned in the infomation obtained in Booking.com. Poor standard breakfast. WIFI becomes overloaded sometimes and no connectivity. No TV. Unfriendly receptionist. Unpleasant smell in our room. Couldn't wait to checkout.

This place would have so much potential. The grandeur of past times is still graspable. But unfortunately this potential goes unused. The rooms are big with high ceilings and are equipped with an ok bathroom and a fridge (which comes in handy if you are traveling as campers like us and have a full fridge in the car that needs...

This place is quite unusual in that it is situated within a historical building that was built in 1901 and used as a hospital until the end of WW1. I loved the beautiful garden that welcomes guests as they step away from reception. It feels safe, it's quiet, and very close to major attractions and restaurants in Swak. The staff...

We stayed at this hotel with a group of 29 people, mostly 16+ students and staff. The hotel was well maintained, clean and well run, and the receptionists were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and this was excellent, and the total cost was very reasonable. This is not the Hilton but it is a good, comfortable and well placed...

Stayed for two nights whilst on tour in Namibia. Just a few seconds from the sea and a few minutes from the shops, restaurants and attractions in town. Had a quiet upstairs clean room with a good shower, overlooking the gardens where the ground floor residents fed the birds. Pleasant staff, good comprehensive breakfasts. Free, but slow WiFi.

The location is close to the sea and centre. It is a residence for the older generation and the atmosphere is very friendly. If the youngsters want they can chat with the older ones. A nice & different experience compared to other overnight accommodations. However at certain points it feels a little bit like hospital as the interior specifically the...

A quaint 2-star hotel, built in 1902 during the German occupation of South West Africa, is ideally situated in Anton Luboski Street - literally a stone's throw from the Atlantic Ocean and within easy walking distance of the centre of town. The hotel itself has the typical high ceilings of all old colonial buildings, although the rooms have been modernised...

I had stayed in the hotel in the past but the recent renovations definitely improved the existing facilities. The rooms are basic but clean and very spacious. the breakfast room is a bit small and could become crowded - just be early. Service was swift and efficient. if you are looking for a quite place with all the basics, this...

If you don't mind staying next to (in) a old age home, then this place is great. Very affordable and extremely clean and comfortable. We can definitely recommend anyone to give it a go. True value for money and centrally located close to the beech and town center. Walking is no problem here.

This hotel has a German feeling and walking around the garden you can air your German with the retired people living here. This hotel is charming, with a beautiful enormous garden with amazing plants. The view from the breakfast room is grand. The rooms have no television but they are quite spacious and so is the bathroom en suite. The...
