Hi, could anybody who has stayed here tell me if they have any ground floor rooms, please? My parents would like to join us on a trip and we already booked this place for ourselves but they aren't so steady on their feet and I'm trying to identify if there are ground floor rooms, and if so, which suite name should I book?

I think they don't. There's a restaurant, the hamam place, and sort of a living room.
