This is located nearest to the beautiful and free long public beach also walking distance to the CTM buses. I liked that they located not near to the madina area. My room was very clean and large enough with fridge but no A/C. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was OK. There was an not heated small pool. wi-fi was...

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay - our room was comfortable and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and we had a poolside room with small balcony. It was only a cheap taxi ride to the town centre or a walk if you like along the beach....

I visited this hotel with my 9 year old daughter, very hot room with no air conditioning was unable to have the room windows open as on a main walk way! The food was a one menu option with nothing to offer children! Offering a fried seafood platter is not for everyone! I am sad to say this is not...

My stay was really comfortable, and I felt well looked after. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and gave me a real welcome. Even the cleaner added sweet touches like making origami swans from the towels! The room itself was really comfortable and although there were a couple of things that needed attention, once I mentioned...

2 adults, 1 child, booked through UK holiday company, stayed for 10 nights. Our room did not have a balcony, and on 1 of the windows the shutter was broken and couldn't open, so made the room a bit dark, dingy and claustrophobic. This was the only downside to the stay. The hotel was clean, rooms cleaned every day, towels...

I was in this hotel for 9 days, and I definitely cannot say it was bad! the only criticism that I find myself obliged to make is that the price was high to be in Morocco, probably due to its 4 stars (undeserved), 3 were right! we were 3 guys and we booked a specific room, but they gave us...

We stayed here for a winter break with our kids. The staff are lovely and friendly. The double standard rooms are a bit basic and the bathrooms are in need of an update. We frequently had no hot water for showers etc which was annoying. I wish we'd asked for an upgrade as the suites look lovely (rooms 207 &...

Friendly welcome but rooms were up and down, here and there. Unless you closed the curtains you were on show to the world. Pool was compact and between the buildings - avoid a room here because anyone in the pool and making noise will be too much. Just over the road from the beach where the camel rides are and...

My friend and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We were located in the villa around the corner from the hotel - the place was amazing - traditional furnishings and a very large balcony, only downside were the water supply and shower facilities (bath with a shower attachment), air conditioning worked well. The staff were all friendly and...

We were booked here for a stay of 2 weeks to chill out after a long journey. The staff were friendly yet quite relaxed. The walk into the Medina gave ua regular exercise. Rooms and ensuite kept very clean.
