An incredible time spent on this Island in Nov/Dec this year.A real kick off our shoes and relax experiance.Water bungalows were incredible and are worth spending a little bit extra on. To have crystal clear water and fish/rays swimming by your feet is a true wonder.A small intimate island, where you can have breakfast/dinner etc all with no shoes on in...

It was our first time in the Maldives and as it was our honeymoon we took our time researching hotels and decided Maafushivaru had everything we wanted and the reviews were excellent. Well we can see why, it is just like the photos and more! We went for the last week of September and the first week of October and...

For anyone wanting a relaxing holiday on a tiny Maldivian island then Maaf definitely requires consideration. The island, the staff, the rooms and the trips on offer are all fantastic and have been described time and again in earlier reviews so I can’t really add any more that hasn’t already been said. Rooms - In our opinion WV's are not...

There are plenty of reviews on here that a comprehensive in their content - so my review of Maaf is to be simple and brief. It is an outstanding place with staff to match and was indeed a holiday of a lifetime in paradise. Some stuff that may not have been mentioned before... - 130 staff look after a maximum...

This was our third visit and fourth island in the Maldives. Absolutely beautiful, paradise, everything we were hoping for. Soft white sand, everything close to hand, great, friendly service, very large and well equipped rooms (we had a beach villa). We stayed on this Island for the second week of our holiday, the first week we stayed on Kuramathi (...

We spent 4 nights here as part of our honeymoon back in September...it was fabulous and my husband and I wished we had stayed on Maaf for the remainder of our time in the Maldives! The island itself is small making it feel very intimate and cosy yet we never really saw or heard anyone else unless we went to...

This is a bit of a delayed review but I thought I would share my experiences with you anyway. We stayed on honeymoon in Mid October and we had a wonderful time in Maaf. I wont repeat what others have said but our beach villa (125) was a stones throw to the beach and bar area. The whole island is...

We chose Maafushivaru for our honeymoon and it was the best holiday we have ever had! The island is very small, just as we wanted. The excursions are very well planned and thanks to Niv and the rest of the staff we got to see whale sharks, mantas ans dolphins! We also took the diving course and Chiara was fantastic,...

This is one of the smaller Maldivian islands and we found it to be intimate and luxurious. The beach villas are stunning with huge bedrooms and vaulted ceilings together with all the little luxuries you would hope for. Large private decked area off the bedroom accessed by double doors with sun loungers, comfy chairs and table and chairs. Direct access...
