I booked this hotel through booking .com..my reservation date is 14 july until 16 july and I asked for early check in at 5am..there is some problem I had during my stay.. 1) they promise they confirmed can arrange my request for early check in at 5am on 14 july, but when I arrived at hotel de art seksyen 19 the receptionist said their roims fully boooked and no room for me.. He also said I need to wait until 3pm to check in.. I showed the email on what they promised me then receptionist did arranged me to stayed at hotel de art seksyen 7 which is one of their properties (as picture attached).Short story I went to seksyen 7 and I managed to get my room without any explaination or information from them about my check out time. 2) Today 15 of July they told me I need to check out instead of 16 July because I check in early and it count as one day or else I need to pay for extension stay. The boy at reception think im stupid maybe, he said all of hotel procuder like this, he think this is my first time I stay in hotel? I worked for 6 years in hotel line and this is first time I heard such a procuder. What I ever know is some of hotel will charge for early check in only and they will inform guest for sure. 3) I will never suggest this hotel, they are not willing to take responsibility and dont care about the problem they "created" for you.

I got family room with double queen bed and i was shocked as the room quite spacey compared to what i saw in the photo. Room was clean and tidy but one thing that i do not happy about is i can hear voices outside my room clearly when people pass-by especially kids shouting or running. For your information, there is no fridge provided.

I went to Shah Alam several times and already stayed with the other two De Art branch . So this time a i had a chance to enjoy their second branch. The room was clean and big enough for couples. The bathroom was very nice and clean as well, but my wife realized that they dont provide basic amenities (only bath gel & shampoo). Overall the services are great, check in never been an issues and their staff was friendly enough to help you (especially lady from De Art Section 7). I had a pleasant stay at De Art. Keep up the good work.

The room was nice, with animal prints on the wall. The ambiance of the front office was very welcoming. Nice receptionist and the lift is nice too! Although the buttons were not at the normal lift placement. LOL What's sad a bit about this hotel is that, they didnt provide the toiletries like mentioned in the room-booking website. I hope the hotel management will do something about this.

Economic but rich, cheap but Premium, small but Clean. Highly recommended for the people looking for short stay. Many restaurants are located nearby and they serving variety of courses. Least of all, you experience great comfort. Plus speed wifi service

The room was tiny. Pictures of the room were deceiving. We could barely move in the room. The bedsheets were stained. Had to ask them to change them. The good thing is they were willing to do so. But still, the hassle.. The only good thing is, the location is good, food choices were decent with surrounding restaurants. I wouldn't recommend this place to stay though, For the location, there are other hotels in the vicinity with better service n value for money

I was looking for a place to stay around Shah Alam during the last school holiday and bumped into this hotel in my Google search. Attracted by the creative interior design of the hotel, I decided to try. I managed to get a room with a queen bed with the rate around RM150 per night inclusive breakfast for two. The room was quite small, thus better ask before confirming your booking should you plan to have an extra bed. The room was not carpeted and looked clean at a glance. However, it was a bit chilly without hotel slippers for some people who could not stand tiles. The room had a creative decor that made it a unique hotel stay. A dressing table was provided but it was too high to work with a laptop. Hence, this hotel might not be suitable should we plan to do our office work on a business travel. The body and hair shampoos were provided in the wall-mounted containers and the shower was a modern type. The ironing board was also provided at the corridor. The corridors were full of creative wallpapers including the spider man. The breakfast was simple yet good. I enjoyed the home-made sardine sandwiches that finished very fast. The space for the breakfast was quite small, thus we could not take our own sweet time while having our breakfast. No specific parking spaces but quite reasonable should our timing is right. We could also enjoy the Saturday night market just behind the hotel. Ensure you park at the hotel before the area is packed with people as early as 4 o'clock. As the whole, I enjoyed the creative stay indeed.
