This hotel basically does as stated on description and reviews. Good location, near to a few eating places. Room condition and facilities were well-maintained. Room size was quite big. We had a booking of about 8-9 rooms and they managed to put all of us on one floor so cheers for that. Staff were friendly and able to accommodate to...

Am truly surprised to read the negative reviews here! I spent one night only, on a really brief visit. But have nothing to complain about whatsoever. Service is quite quick and super polite, all people. Room was huge, extra clean everything. Overall, the hotel has its charm, like traditional 5*, like in the movies, you know. Internet was a trouble...

Staff are very polite, courteous and helpful. Room clean and tidy but water pressure inconsistent. Lifts extremely slow. I need to wait for solid 8 minutes for the lift and I was rushing for time then.

Food also not bad if not the best, however breakfast choices is limited. Con: Pool is small and cold. So crowded when 4 or more families having time together. Changing rooms also limited. Parking space also...

I am quite regular to Malaysia and always prefer to stay at this property. Location: About 45 mins drive from KLIA. Located at the heart of Shah Alam next to famous Blue Mosque. Surroundings are lush green and beautiful. For fitness enthusiasts there are lot of greenery / parks to walk / jog. The famous park / walking track ‘Taman...

We had a flight cancellation and were sent here by Malaysian airways. On the basis that the stay for a few hours sleep was free I can't complain too much. However, the room and hotel was very tires and absolutely stunk of cigarette smell - it permeated the air con and the bedding and pillows smelt of it. The bathroom...

I feel the splendor of the past when I see the interior design n the materials. Actually old styles.... I think need some renovation. Nevertheless, the location is good. I enjoyed walking n touring . I felt very safe around the hotel and beautiful ( It seems to be a Muslim temple)
