The hotel is pretty run down. The location ? Mmmmm ... its close to the airport and the sepang circuit ... that's about it. Having said that, the buffet spread is really good, and the price is cheap. Great for meeting packages on a shoe string budget.

The hotel has curtesy bus to fit in with check in opening so we had a bit of a wait otherwise it was prompt and the driver good natured and efficient . The hotel is about 20 mins drive from the airport and there plenty of shops and restorans available. The room was large and airy with good linen and...

Due to Malaysia Airlines, we were unable to arrive on time for our connecting flight. We were äccomodated" for that night at Malaysia Airlines' compensatory hotel. The Empress Hotel Sepang. Any dreams of a near-to-the-airport business type hotel were dashed after the hour long bus trip (traffic?) to this dreadful destination. The staff were friendly. The rooms were cockroach infested,...

Room are clean. Located near shop lots, thus easy to buy food and other necessary things. Good overnight stay. Nice view from the rooftop pool. Unfortunately no iron in the room, need to go outside to use the iron

This hotel is clean with large rooms but showing signs of wear, like well-worn/stained carpeting and older bathroom fixtures. The hotel is in a quiet area. Our room overlooked green hills and a small lane with some shops. There is a free airport shuttle going to both KLIA and KLIA2, making it fairly convenient if you need to be near...

I stay here very often for work and this hotel is good for a few nights. Rooms are big, clean and relatively quiet. Only problem is that it's always freezing cold because of the AC (which you cannot turn off). Every time we stay there, I get sick people on my team because of it. Breakfast is fine. The staff...

We found this hotel just right. We stayed overnight and it was fine. Nice restaurants nearby. My teenagers loved going around the area. Beds were comfortable and cleanliness of the room was acceptable.

A hotel which in our opinion cannot manage international travelers as we found it extremely difficult to communicate in English the Global accepted Language, however those who were which was few and far between were extremely helpful. The rooms were adequate however age was not considered in room allocation. As Senior citizens we expected to be on the lower floors...

We were put here for a night after Malaysian Airways over booked our flight. My wife refused to get in the bed and neither of us had a shower as the bathroom looked disgusting. The breakfast buffet was also horrible and both of us decided that safety was better than eating. Even the coffee was like burnt brown water. Don't...

Worst hotel I have ever encountered in my travels and the location is run down and looks like back street very untidy and rundown area The staff were...
