Had a disappointing stay at a two-apartment suite at this hotel recently. I was travelling with my family and my sister. The room was clean and spacious enough but the conditions of the suite left a lot to be desired. The wallpaper was peeling in several spots, the sofa was in need of replacement, beds were lumpy with broken springs,...

Stay in hotel Room 326, outside of hotel looks good but don't be fooled by the outside looks with the marketing pics online as its not as real as the actual room. Nothing wrong with the classic choices but please invest for clean new blanket/pillow, furniture & facilities. Its shocked the hotel wasn't improve at all even clients review about...

10 years ago this hotel used to be a glamourous, highly talked about hotel in Kuching city. With Victoria Arms being one of the best hangout places in the city. Stayed at the apartments once or twice. Then 10 years later in 2017, I had a group of friends from around the world coming over for a visit. Looked for...

Dear quiklooper Thank you for your comments which I have shared with the rest of my team. I apologise for the condition of the first apartment that was given to you and the less than satisfactory experience with our swimming pool. I have asked my staff to be more strict in enforcing our existing dress code for using the swimming...

My husband, 2 kids and I stayed here for one night. The hotel lobby is very grand but the same can't be said for our 2 bedroom suite. It was huge, very well appointed and with great views but 1976 called and it wants its room back. Threadbare sofas, wallpaper peeled away from walls and incredibly dated decor. The TV...

Dear LucyHudson, Thank you for your review of our hotel which I have shared with the rest of my team. I apologise for the condition of the apartment that you stayed in. The hotel opened in 1998 and yes much of the furnishing is still the original ones from that era. The new owners took over the hotel a couple...

We stayed at the apartments. We got 3 nice sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was kind of a joke because there were no dishes of any kind in it. The furniture is very rundown, wallpaper tearing, carpet threadbare etc. The breakfast is typical Asian breakfast with an egg station. If you are looking for a trendy place, look...

Dear Brian C, Thank you for your review which we have shared with our team. I am glad that you found the apartments spacious and the amenities satisfactory. However, I would like to apologize for the condition of the room. Many of our rooms have the old wall paper and we are slowly replacing this and muc of the furnishing....

Just checked in an hour ago. The whole process was super slow with many hiccups... Will be staying for three nights. Booked the hotel through Traveloka. Booked two rooms according to our needs and preference, but was offered a different type during check in. Excuse given by the staff: "the hotel is fully booked so the type that we booked...

In town again for work, and I decided to book a place here. The check-in was brief, and the staff Nurfathihah was friendly. She attended to me with a sweet smile. Room was comfy. Spacious and clean, and the city view was remarkable. Hotel is located within walking distance to the riverside, Merdeka Plaza. Breakfast was yummy, and gave an...

Love the spacious apartment. Rooms being cleaned daily. They take good care of the room maintenance. Looks historical. One think weird that they don't change the tv to flatscreen. So still look like those bulky tv in the 90's. Service is good. Staffs are friendly.
