We really appreciated the use of space. The room sizes are efficient. There are no carpets which is wonderful for cleanliness and there is no unpleasant smell. The breakfast buffet options are changed daily, which is nice for people staying a few days. The location is convenient. The staff are friendly. We were picked up at the airport at 11pm...

This hotel offers excellent value and a great location - walking distance to waterfront and shopping. The staff are all very courteous and helpful. The Front Office manager Serinah was outstanding - always patient, courteous and helpful (going beyond the call of duty to accommodate my last minutes needs). I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed for a few nights and really liked the feel of this hotel. The staff were all smiley and friendly and the breakfast was great - it's self service and had a really good range of items. Room was clean and of fair size. A good base to explore the rest of Kuching.

Persuaded by its #3 rank in Tripadvisor, I stayed a night here. Pros: 1. Excellent location. Great food of Kuching is around the corner. The riverfront is just 2 blocks down. 2. Clean hotel. Cons: 1. Room closer to a budget hotel's. Definitely need newer mattresses. Room is small. 2. Cost conscious owners. One of the managers confronted a group...

Dear cryzpene, Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your recent stay at our hotel. We are disappointed to learn that your overall experience was not a positive one. The Deluxe room you had booked was 18 sqm in size, designed with a minimalist feel and equipped with amenities essential for a short stay. Our Front...

We spent 3 nights here at the end of September. We were met at the airport which is approximately 20 minutes away. When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff who advised us that our room had been upgraded. The room was very spacious and clean. There were several options at breakfast - cereal, fruit and toast for...

I spent 2 nights there with my girlfriend in September 2013. We booked it form home and they came to pick us up at the airport for only 25MYR. The location is ok, not exactly in the city centre but at walkable distance. Breakfast was included and we were also offered a welcome drink up on their terrace. The room...

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights. The price is not overly expensive and all the staff we met were very politely with a ready smile. The rooms were not very big but that was to be expected for the price we paid. The first room we had smelled of smoke but the manager quickly helped to arrange...

This is the right place to stay in Kuching. We sadly looked for luxury and ended up in the Hilton, which is twice the price and not up to international "luxury" standards. If you're only in Kuching for a couple of days, I'd go for the LimeTree. The price is great, the staff are polite and helpful. We gave our...

There isn’t a massive choice for Hotels in Kuching from what we could see and we stayed here for 3 nights after reading the reviews. The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are fine, nothing special but they are clean and spacious and worth the money you pay for them. The rooms were half the price of...
