+ cheap + location is great. Located in jalan tugu at the city centre. + the staff didn't charge us extra fee for 3 people in double room. - dim lighting room - toilet can't flush - room is small - dirty room and bed sheet - broken cabinet

The hotel is pretty old. Though situated at the center of Kota Kinabalu, its facilities are old-fashioned and not neat. Cabinets are broken; aircon is not properly working; wundows not clean; Television and bathroom still jurassic. The price of RM60 (USD17 or Php700) is more than enough considering there are other inns and hostel offering better service than the one...

Stayed here a little apprehensively as the outside looks like an ancient brothel, but for MYR 55 per night the room was certainly great value for money and a much better alternative than many the private backpackers rooms available (mostly more expensive than Bilton too). Old sheets, towels and carpets but not a deal breaker as it was clean. Aircon...

Value for money.Spacious.Accomondating and friendly staff ( Mr.Awang ). Near to Night market, Jesselton point, Fish Market, filipino market. 10 minutes drive to the airport, to tanjung aru beach. Very close to shopping malls. Alots of restaurant around with cheap prices. Only problem is the building looks like 10000 years old. although it doesnt give creepy feeling and sleep came...
