Let me start by saying the Pacific Sutera is my favourite hotel. I even got married there. Service is impeccable and the hotel has lovely grounds and a very relaxed feel. Exactly the sort of place you would go to for a once in a lifetime, get away from it all holiday. It would make a great honeymoon hotel. So...

Stayed for 7 nights, great relaxed atmosphere, nice pool and small beach. Liked the shuttle to the city, rooms well kept, breakfast buffet busy, go early. Pool buffet and bar a little disappointing. Overall enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed here for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon, the hotel setting is beautiful, where ever you look there's amazing views, was so lovely to spend every evening watching the sunset go down (just priceless)we are here a few nights and the food isn't to bad although a tad pricy compared to other places in the area, we...

This is a beautiful hotel by the sea with excellent views if you stay on one of the higher floors. The large garden and pool areas are very nice places to relax and just be lazy. The buffet breakfast is ok but I think the management needs to rotate its menu a little rather than providing the same stuff every...

Transfers from Gaya Island Resort arrive into Sutera Harbour Marina and my husband and I had a couple hours before needing to be at the airport for our flight. The Marina Cafe at Sutera Harbour Marina and Country Club was a perfect spot to have a relaxing lunch and cocktail before takeoff. The Sutera Harbour Marina and CC website indicates...

Dear Niobe_B, Thank you for taking the time to share a review on our TripAdvisor page. Indeed, our location being close to the airport as well as to the tropical islands of Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park is appreciated by most of our patrons. We are certainly happy to know that you enjoyed your lunch and cocktail with a spectacular...

Very nice location giving us extremely beautiful sunset views. Love the breakfast spread but was a little crowd, it being easter weekend. Had a good time walking along the embankment from Magellan to the Marina with the beautiful sunsets. Room service was first class, most welcomed especially after the strenuous 2 days in Mount Kinabalu. Too bad couldn't spend more...

Wonderful choice for spending your holiday, well training staff, huge size of hotel area. Round trip shuttle to city is just $3RM. Many facilities but some are not included in room rate, not good. We spend two nights in the hotel, with zero complain, WiFi speed is better then other hotel in kk, air conditioning is enough, the warm water...

Stayed here for a conference... felt as though I was in paradise the entire time. The food was delicious and the hotel overlooked the sea. The facilities are clean and the hotel itself itself is large as Sutera Harbor is shared by Pacific Sutera and the Magellan. Would stay at this hotel if I return to Borneo.

We stayed in Magellan wing. The rooms are recently refurbished. Not necessarily to the highest modern standard but in very good condition. Facilities when we stayed were very clean and comfortable to stay with children. The good options are good and found service attentive. Many areas could be improved if looking at the detail but I believe value for money...

Upon arrival we were driven up to a stunning entrance with a huge open space punctuated with fountains and local music. We checked in and were told where our room was and left to it! We let that go. The first few days of our honeymoon were glorious. We relaxed by the pool and ate mostly at the hotel. On...
