Nice little hotel in a central location. I stayed here for one night to catch a flight the next morning. My room was comfortable and spacious. The beds and linens were quality. The towels were thick and white. My only complaint was the Strong smell of Ginger when I walked in my room. Maybe it was an air freshener. The...

Firstly hotel is in a good location on the main street in KK which has many places to eat, walking distance to Suria Mall and Jessleton Port. Room was clean and fit for purpose for a few nights, KK town itself is dull but good base for island hoping/Kota Kinabalu Mt Booked a driver through the hotel and advised i...

Hotel is in decent location. Rooms are average and relatively clean. Some repairs taking place so lobby area is noisy. We asked for a late checkout but was granted 30 minutes. I think this is dumb considering the fact that we had been there 4 nights and no one was lined up trying to check into the hotel.

The room itself was spacious, with an excellent rain-head shower in the large bathroom....

close to many resturants, and only walking distance to ferry terminal to nearby islands. staff is kind and helpful. willing to recommend this valued hotel to friends who come to kk. toom itself is big enough for 3 persons, clean and tidy although furniture old fashioned.

Proof in the pudding... Nothing more telling than ones coming back again and again... Great location in heat of shopping and dining areas... Stones throw to weekend market (Sunday)... Very, very spacious room and bathroom and both well appointed. Very comfy bed and lines/pillows.. Service is both friendly and efficient. Absolutely great value for the room rate!

This place is centrally located in the heart of the commercial centre and it provides easy access to eateries and restaurants. The room size is big with good and stable internet access. It serves the purpose as a business hotel or a hotel for tourists looking for a rest and heading for their next visit. Please note that this place...

Clean, tidy, well maintained - though they forgot to make the room up one day. Decent size bedrooms. Quiet at night. Staff were pleasant. No restaurant but tea / coffee making in rooms. Good convenient location value would happily stay here again.
