Very near to airport. Uber is easier than meter taxi. Breakfast is so so. Room is clean. Aircon is cold. Service is slow but reception is cute. Building another lift is hidden. Nice comfortable lobby.

I only stayed one night. If all you are looking for is a fairly clean room, AC, and a bed to crash in it's an ok place, but there's nothing special about it. I've since stayed in much nicer places, in a better location, for just slightly more money. I recommend staying near IMAGO mall on the side near the...

Stayed here for 2 nights. Basic accommodation no hot water . Rooms could do with fresh paints . Bed sheets don't look clean cracks all over the wall . Carpets look dirty. 5 minutes walk from time square . Breakfast was included in our stay which is pretty basic

Slept in the twin bed room. Didn't expect it to be so spacious. The bed is fine. The view is fantastic. Noise wise, it is literally located by one of the busiest intersections in Kota Kinabalu, so expect some traffic noise. The furnitures and hardwares are very nice, but there are some housekeeping problems. Location wise, it's really near that...

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have traveled quite a bit throughout Asia. It reeked terribly; the carpeted stained and nasty; the sheets had hairs in them. Mold growing in the bathroom. The shower lacks a door. The air con is extremely loud, but nothing rivals the noise from the streets. The pictures look...

Really noisy, close to the highway and the worse, they make renovation during the night. They use a hammer !!! At night !!! I call the reception at midnight and they stop, but they begin again in the morning at 6:00 AM. I ask them to stop until 8:00, but they didn't respect it. They start again at 7:30 AM....

Dear Meskim, First of all I would like to thank you for choosing to stay at Zara's Boutique hotel and for your feedback concerning your stay here. Great hospitality, ideal location right opposite to shopping a shopping mall and hospital. Only about a 20mins walk to sutera Harbour resort for the daily panoramic sunset view. Around the hotel itself there are more than ten diners and restaurants of different cuisine, 24/7 convienient stores are only few steps away!
