Nice hotel with helpful friendly staff. Small cozy lounge to relax after a long and shopping trip around Kota Kinabalu with nearest complex, Suria Sabah. Comfy rooms. I have been staying here numerous time because of the location ...where it is cheap and affordable and city Center.

Please improved your service.....bad impression to customer...perhaps if I am a TOURIST then she will take extra caution and be very pleased to help me?????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is also within walking distance to Jesselton Jetty if you want to catch a ferry to any of the nearby beach islands Yes, the hotel is old, in...

Their main entrance is facing the mall side entrance. Very convenient! And 5 mins walking distance to Philippine Market. Location wise - perfect Good Customer Service. However the hotel...

excellent hotel - friendly staff, lovely breakfast buffet, comfy rooms and great location in KK. Yes it's not perfect, pretentious 5 star accommodation but for me ticks all the boxes - however the choice of a light carpet in a tropical climate does make the place look slightly grubby at times but this is a small cosmetic issue nothing to...
