Staffs were unhelpful and rude. I requested for a issue of tax invoice over the phone, they shut the phone on me. I wasn't even being rude, just wanted to talk to the manager to help me reissue invoice.

Good variety of BBQ items.
Decent portions of desserts.
Ambience and Live band is good.
Should have concentrated in Sushi items as well.
Chicken Briyani is nice but Raitha (curd) was too watery.
Good place to spend time with family and friends.

Halfway between the airport klia and the city centre kl there's an oasis of a former Shangri-la hotel, now Pulse Grande. This is the second time we've stayed overnight and enjoyed the surroundings..

The Shangri-La in KL has a famous buffet restaurant called Lemon Garden. It's one of the top buffet restaurants in town. The Shangri-La in Putrajaya has a much smaller restaurant that does buffet breakfast and dinner (not sure about lunch) that has a bit smaller variety but it's quite decent, especially when they have the barbecue buffet on weekends.
