We had a wonderful stay with two nights in the 5th floor and were really satisfied about the view from outside and also the room has big windows where you get a lot of dailylight. Our room and bathroom was very clean and it was a good quiet area. TV was not really working but that was okay. reception is...

Staff helpful and friendly, but (depends on person), have problem with English. Rooms are clean spacious but noticeably worn. Great location, just few steps form Love Lane. There is free wifi, but not working.

The hotel at USA$22 is good value with bathroom BUT the main point is it is right in the middle of all the excitement of Penang's UNESCO Georgetown and you can walk along streets for days like we did. Good meal $2 or 3 at the Hawkers stalls. If you see it is cooking it will be ok. Restaurants often...

There was nothing really special about this hotel. It was central to a lot of things in town. It was fairly clean, but had one small working elevator. The room was a nice size but the bathroom was very tiny. Our room faced a mosque, so we were woken up every morning around 6:15.

Have stayed there on many occasions. Centrally located. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. Rates are competitive with the other budget hotels in the vicinity.. Only if the wifi can be enhanced into the room.

Old budget hotel with perfect location in Georgetown. Old but clean, safe and friendly! Staffs were brilliant, helpful and accommodative. Get all basic amenities, no wifi but can always walk to nearby cafes for free wifi. Will definitely worry-free for food. Plenty of options to choose from. Worth staying!

Amenities are all basics but overall rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff in the hotel are mostly senior citizen but most of them speaks fairly well English so communication would not be a problem They are helpful and friendly so you can ask them any information. Location wise, the hotel is in the middle of Georgetown, so you can...

I Stayed in this hotel With my tour group so not by choice. It's fairly basic but clean and tidy! The beds were slightly bigger than a single which was nice. Just be careful in the lift!! The hotel is close to basically everything you need to see in Georgetown we did it all by foot in an afternoon.
