The hotel I'm looking for in this trip is a budget hotel with personal touch home coming feel hotel. I do not consider Cintra Heritage House is a hotel but rather a house where you can come back after a tired day and rest . Why I don't call it a hotel? 1. It does not look like a hotel...

Room was scrubby and old (not in a heritage kind of way.) It smelled of mold and I noticed my sinuses start to conjest. Sure, the inner courtyard was pretty but not moving, and ones room experience is equally important, if not more so. Fact is, they gave me the exact room which I requested them NOT to give me....

I put 4 star becayse the place is a true heritage house and the staff is kind and very helpful. They preserved most of the architecture not just the facade like so many businesses do to give the appearance when they are just in for the money. We really appreciated that and the atmosphere that came for it. We appreciated...

We really liked Cintra for a couple of nights. The general feel of the place is quirky and we felt at home. Staff were great and the breakfast was very good but limited in choice. We found the location to be very good and most interesting places were nearby. The street food at night is also very accessible. The room...

We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days in early June. We arrived early on an overnight overseas flight and wasn't aware the check in isn't available until 2pm. Since we came with young children, we raised this as an issue and the management was extremely kind enough in making some temporary arrangement for my children to sleep (5...

Building/Place: Beautiful and serene place, very kind staff, truly feels like a well preserved exterior and ambience. Rooms: Very underwhelming and disappointing. Bed sheets were yellow from staining, walls are cracking and have cobwebs. It's fine to maintain the old furniture but I don't see why they can't at least provide some nice linens - my sheets were a but...

This place lived up to expectations: giving a flavour of the history of Penang while being quite comfortable and simple. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and staff were friendly. It is also in quite a good location being close to places to eat and bars on Chulia street, and a short walk to temples and the clan...

The hotel is lovely and I would definatly stay here again. The rooms disappointed me though. Don't get me wrong it was clean and comfortable but it needed alot of work done to it. There was scratches on the floors from the furniture being moved around and the walls were falling apart! They were just crumbling and when it was...
