It's as clean as it an get, but it's old and run down. The location makes it a favorable place to stay. It's priced a little high for the condition. Also just a bit noisy in the morning, if you sleep late, this might not be the place for you. They could also use new mattresses. Unless you plan to...

The rooms were basic, but generally clean and comfortable. Shared bathrooms and a common room. It's centrally located and feels quite safe and secure. I would recommend Kim Sun Hotel to people travelling on a budget

Hotel is perfectly located in the center of Chinatown. Excellent for budget travelers. It is close to shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and attractions. Room was very basic, but quite spacious. Large, comfortable bed. Shared bathroom extremely small, basic and not very clean.

We stayed here 5 nights. The room are very basic and a bit dirty. No one made up the room. The neighbouring bathroom did not have it's own drain so everything came through a hole in the wall across our bathroom into our drain! Disgusting! We always had a wet bathroom, the neighboor even threw a cigarette through the hole...

This hotel was one of the cheapest hotels I have seen in Georgetown. We booked a room for 4 people (1 queensize bed and 2 single beds - own shower room but shared bathroom). I must say that I am satisfied with the hotel, it's not a luxurious place to stay in but it's fine from what we had paid...

Okay to stay for overnight. Very cheap, recommended to the backpackers. The place is great which is only a walks with penang main attractions, such as the street arts, kapitan and nasi Kandar Beratur. Can get a parking in front of the hotel if you come at night because the street is very busy during daylight

It's OK if you expect just a reasonably clean place to sleep with air-condition and en-suite bathroom. We paid 68 RM for a double with en-suite, at most other places we would get a room with shared bathroom for that price. The room was small and dark - it had a large window but with thick canvas instead of glass,...
