My girlfriend booked us for 4 nights in this hotel. When we arrived, they charged us additional "local tax" of MR3 per night, totaling MR12, not a lot of money, but it's no fun seeing additional fees. The room was fine, though the refrigerator was so cold that it froze our water bottles, including the glass bottle they gave us...

We came in 2016 as a couple. The hot water wasn't working at first in our room, but they fixed it soon enough. The reception staff were extremely friendly, which was a big plus, and spoke good English. Most annoying thing was the Wi-fi didn't reach our room, despite it having what appeared to be a router in the room...

First impression of the hotel was fantastic. We booked a family room for one queen bed and 2 singles. However we were given a room with 2 queens. Perhaps it was new year eve so we just went along with it. Then to my amazement Room No 5 which we stayed had a bad leak at the main entrance and...

Just came back from Penang, Malaysia staying at the Boutique residence hotel and had a wonderful Xmas holiday taking photos, shopping and eating many local delicacies. The small hotel has a uniquely 2 storey superior suite whereby my kids enjoyed going up and down the wooden stairs. It is located at the UNESCO historical area whereby during the day the streets...

If you like street art and food stalls, you may stay here as easily access to those areas within 5-10 minutes. Breakfast is below expectation and wi fi totally weak and couldnt detect at all. Slightly expensive without wi fi and good breakfast if it is 4 stars boutique hotel.

The hotel is centrally located to the tourist spots of Penang. The Street Art of Penang is just within the area of this hotel. Breakfast was ok, though could be improved more. Rooms are spacious which was really nice and comfortable. The hotel is a renovated traditional shophouse which gives you a sense of the island. Execellent customer service from...

As most hotels are running full house, booked this hotel as a last option. But it turned out to be a nice hotel. Room is clean and spacious. Nice reception. The indoor pool is a pleasant surprise though no time to enjoy. Walking distance to various f&b outlets along the famous Chulia Street.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Staff are absolutely fantastic, really helpful! The room was really nice and so much bigger than expected! Location is perfect for a cultural visit, right in the heart of the UNESCO world heritage site. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at this hotel during our malaysia holiday for 1 one night. First the location is great, its near several activities like red garden, china town and little india. The rooms are very nice and big. The staff is more than helpfull and does not mind to go for the extra mile. In our review we would like to...

Very good location right around the corner from the mosque and Armenian street. Central and convenient and near plenty of bus stops too. It was clean, and the showers and air conditioning were great. I booked two rooms and both were perfect. Beds were very comfortable as well. The most helpful hotel staff I've met were here as well. They...
