Stayed in a single room which was clean and very affordable. Downsides: not much of an atmosphere (people hardly talked to each other?), the dorm (when I checked it out, at least) smelled awful of unwashed bodies Regarding the bus to Cameron Highlands: I bought a ticket from the reception and dutifully sat in the reception area 10 minutes before...

The rooms are still clean as well as the shower area; my last review covered that. This time I stayed in a private room for 1 day on the 2nd floor. A small window (no screen) and face basin is included along with a twin bed, which was somewhat small but acceptable. The room can get hot quickly during the...

Great location right by Love Lane and Chulia Street. Basic room with private bathroom, concreet clean floor. The shower head broke on day 2 and was fixed within an hour. Cheap beer in the fridge. Nice breakfast next door

I spent 3 days at 75 traveller and I don't regret it. The location is really good, in the middle of the old city with everything you need around ! Staff members are nice, dorm beds and bathrooms are clean. Cheap prices : "one of the cheaper places to stay in Georgetown" according to Lonely planet ; I agree :)

We stayed here just one night, since it was a bit more expensive than stardust. But the place was recently renovated, so everything is new, clean and nice. It located just a few minutes walk from love lane and the mainstreet, where there's loads of places of interest.

I stayed in this hostel for a couple of nights in May 2014. The place is clean, not very expensive (15 for a bed in dorms). The good thing about this place is probably its low price. Otherwise, it is not on the main street, but few minutes walk only from it. You have to pay for the toilet paper...

This is a pretty good place to stay if you're on a budget, although there are cheaper around (we visited in low season and saw a number of hotels offering the same but for RM10 less). Clean, tidy and basic. We stayed in a double room with ensuite and ac (RM60 per night) - not a bad size (comparing with...
