The resort probably pass it high days. The room is bit old fashioned. Air conditioned took time to cool up. Our toilet basin tap cannot be close properly and water keep running albeit at low speed. Wasting the water bill. Parking is plenty. This is a last minute booking. 6pm book for arrival at 10:30pm. We were on the LPT highway when booking. Staffs is calling us to confirm and they wait for us to arrive. People doing the family day here. Swimming pool bit tiny and the pool bar is closed. Finding breakfast outside is easy if you have own car. There is Rapid Kuantan bus running through the main road. Beach is nice view for the sunrise. You got partial benefit of resort facilities and direct access to the beach. But paying 2x more at the Swiss Garden, I prefer this one for 1-2 nights pad.

This place is a total lie. Whatever posted/displayed in the website was the old ones. This place has so much potential because of its location and the amenities. But it wouldn't reach its true potential because of a very poor management. The toilet has no pipe hose, very dirty, lizard poops are everywhere, everytime we flushed the toilet there will be a rise of septic tank smell. There was no hook to place the shower head. Water heater not functioning. There were ants everywhere, the floor was gritty and full of sands, the bedsheets and towels were smelly, the door hinges were rusty and made a very noisy sound upon opening and closing. I guess other than the location with a beach view, this place offers nothing. And one funny thing that we really don't understand (the owner?manager?) Who is a malay guy came to the pool side and instructed all the guests,to pick and arrange the slipper at the edge of the pavement. He seems to be very OCD and persistent about it and until now we dont get the answer for it.(what is the significant ??) We paid for 2 nights (8-10september) for 2 deluxe chalet and gonna check out today and change to other hotel. We just couldn't bare the rubbish that this so-called 3 star resort offered.

A beautiful setting with lovely tree cover and direct access to the beach. Nice place to hang out and enjoy the sea breeze. We stayed in the chalets which are close walking distance to the beach. Though the downside is that the resort is definitely aged and old. Floor board creaks when walked on and low water pressure. If you don't have too much of an expectation, then this place is great. Plus points: location, greenery and access to the beach

In the glory days, it used to be one of the best hotels we stayed in Kuantan in the early 90s. But now it is just a run down with very poor maintenance hotel. No review needed as not worth the money to stay in here anymore. Find other cheap hotels nearby would be more appropriate. Staffs aren't that helpful nor pleasant. In need of major reviewing on all aspects.

First & last..!!! Totally ruin our holiday mood. I believe few years ago this resort was awesome but now it was a total disaster.! Receptionist like omg very rude & not friendly, probably friendly to male guest only..! We book the room via booking.com deluxe request for two single bed but was given one large bed ok fine...stated in website no deposit is required during checkin but this makcik required us to pay deposit..ok again...then breakfast...no breakfast at all!!! U want breakfast is extra charges.. and now...to the room.. condition totally terrible.!! U will find that u wont have any shampoo, toothpaste&toothbrush, shower cap those standard facilities....they aint have any at all the only thing they give for free is one bengong soap bar!!! i requested for one extra towel...this makcik tell me is chargeable..and ladies..!! dont aspect to have any hair dryer in the room as well ok because they do not provide and even if they have its chargeable again.. Sorry to say but pls dont waste ur money trying out this resort. serious not worth it. I really hate everything bout this resort...dont even hope for any wifi because they do not have wifi for every room. Soon its gonna go bankrupt if they still remain like this...Hey mr GM, Pls dont post ur resort as 4.5 star hotel beach resort ok...because it doesnt look like one..!!!

stayed here for a night for the family day gathering a couple of weeks ago...booked the chalet room type...the room condition were quite bad...old air cond that's not cool, no pipe and rubber pipe in the toilet in the bathroom...the tv just have the 4 free channel (tv hijrah, tv9, tv8 & ntv7) and all the channels were in bad receptions...rooms are dirty and there's a lot of used cotton buds in the gap closet and dressing table...the rooms also were not soundproof as we can hear the noise from the next room...had the dinner at the hotel for family gathering & the food were just so-so only...the only good things about the hotel is the location as there's a beach nearby...hope the management could take an appropriate action especially at the rooms...

Went for a holiday but room condition is below satisfactory. Bathroom tiles looks dirty, latch not working, heater not so good, worst part is the toilet will clog in the morning. Insects n bugs can be seen in the washroom. No proper maintenance, but one good thing is the maintenance technician is quite good. Very attentive to our problems n solves it fast. Hope they can have proper maintenance before guest check in the room for better review in future.

It was an amazing place to stay at a very affordable price. The room was clean and well kept. The seaside was also walking distance from the room and was clean. It is a twenty minutes drive to the city centre. A perfect place for families on a budget

This hotel is located next to the four-star Swiss Garden Resort and Spa. While Le Village does not offer the same amenities as its luxurious neighbour, this hotel has something unique. If offers a handful of wooden houses to give visitors a taste of "kampung" living, albeit more luxurious than the local villages homes located in the neighbourhood. Well worth the money for budget visitors, especially foreigners looking for direct access to the beach. A warning though. The beach on this stretch have an "invisible" enemy: the dreaded sand fly. Yes beachcombers beware. Come prepared with repellants or prepare to be bitten.

Just got back from this establishment today after one night in Kuantan. Poorly maintained with the only plus side were, it has its own beach and a bar resembled a shack by the beach and also 2 pools in the compound. Stayed in one of the rooms which is nothing to about but has all basic necessities which is fine for a day or two. MK Hussien Airbus
