NOT RECOMMENDED - Stayed one night in October 2022 and booked triple room(for 3pax) Pro: - Check in was fast as I did late check in at 8pm - about 100m on foot to KMC mall Cons: - A lot of maintenance needed. - The triple room was really bad and smelly(smoke) - Toilet mold on wall, floor and toilet seat - Rack stand to hold kettle, cups and remote control loose and about to fall off - Mattress quality really in bad shape. - WORST part is blanket got BLOOD stain. - Floor mat so dirty - Staff also not friendly We do understand it is budget hotel with the price paid. But at least maintain the minimum standard of budget hotel. Honestly I would NOT stay in again. Thanks.

Wow, this place not only allows smoking in their rooms but doesn't bother to clean up after the smokers. Our room smelled terrible from smokers, there were ashes on the floor in the bathroom, cigarette burns on the bed sheet and carpet. The batteries in the aircon controller were dead (how difficult it is to have housekeeping check that?), the bedside lamp was broken, the refridgerator didn't work, the carpet was filthy, toilet barely flushed, and bathroom sink faucet was dangling by a thread. Breakfast was mediocre but perhaps the best value of the place - only plus is good location.

Due to some business I had to find a hotel on the spot and the price for walk-in to this hotel is relevant and there's not too much differences from the promo online. I really enjoyed my 2 days and 1 night here. The room is very small so it might not really suitable if you want to bring your kids. But the room has such a nice deco. They have a large tv installed in the room, a fan, an aircond, iron board, iron, heater, hair dryer and sajjada. They arranged everything neatly so that everything could fit inside that room. The heater works well. The towel is quite old i guess cuz its quite rough. The lock for my toilet door is not working at that time but since I stay alone so it doesnt really matter. They have almost everything at their lobby. They sell junk foods, drinks and also other necessities. My wireless mouse was not working that night and I need to complete my work so I had to get out to buy batteries at 10pm. Luckily they sell it at the lobby so it really save me. The breakfast is quite mediocre, just OK. But its not bad. From the front hotel, you can see Berjaya Megamall and also KMC. If you are hungry, there's Ayam Penyet restaurant just across the road. There's also a lot of places nearby you can go to eat. Other than that, I dont have any noise issue while staying there. Lastly, the workers over there are so friendly. They use a polite tone and they also smile to the customer. There's one male staff who is very good in attending the customer. I literally ask the same question thrice and he still manage to answer with a smile. There's also no problem with parking, they'll provide you a coupon. I'm a girl and I think that place seems quite safe to stay alone. Thats all my review.

Location is good and convenient, just behind the Kemaman Kopitiam. But! Minute we entered the entrance, place smells weird. Lucky we got a room on the ground floor. We booked a queen size room and it was hilariously small; bed against the wall. Hardly space to walk. Bathroom was funnier. One long narrow room which fits in sink, shower and toilet. There were bugs in the sink. Aaarrgggghhh!

Its a budget hotel located within shop lot building. The hotel room is quite decent with the usual basic amenities like free toiletries, kettle and free sachets of tea and coffee. It has a dvd player and room ionizer which actually plus points. Breakfast is typical Malaysian varieties plus western touch likes sausage and bread.Parking is a plenty at the front of the hotel or at the back. Malls are just walking distant. I guess if you are not fussy then this hotel is a good choice.

It’s a shop lot hotel with the ideal location. In terms of cleanliness it’s the worst hotel ever visited. The yellowish bed mattress and stained blankets along with the ratty old towels adds to the dissatisfaction. After outing once back to hotel we realised that we are not alone, the beds occupied by army of ants. Although window do exist but bed frame obscure the scenery. Even tissues for not refilled in advance at the tissue box. Not value for the paid money.

Best price for an Executive King Room, free wi-fi, delicious breakfast and parking too! Just a few minutes walk to Kuantan City Mall, East Coast Mall and Berjaya Megamall. The room is spacious (for both of us), complete with iron and board, weighing scale, toiletries, towels, have both aircond unit and ceiling fan. The lobby also offers some essential items in case you forget to bring along (medicine, biscuits, toiletries etc.).

Stayed 1 night at family room ie 2 large double beds. Very comfy with 2 adults and 2 kids. Walking distant to the new mall ie Kuantan City Mall. There is a cafe called Kemaman Kopitiam near to the hotel for late snacks. I like the hotel for the following reasons: - 1) location at kuantan city centre and very near to the shopping mall 2) amenities included - minibar, electrice kettle, air purifier (great right??), iron and ironing board, praying mat (sejadah), decent LCD TV with astro I really appreciate all the amenities provided 3) decent room size 4) breakfast included There is a lift thus no need to worry if you’ve got big & heavy luggage. Recommended hotel for budget trip/stay.

They have amenities that you want (iron & iron board, safety box, mini fridge, cutleries, prayer mat for muslim, hair dryer, weigh scale, coffee table) It was my 1st time hotel provide air purifier inside their room..dvd player & small sound system also provided.. variety of astro channel..they even provide you Febreze to refresh your room odor..hehe..nice deco inside & outside room especially the wallpaper..convenience corner in front of reception counter in case u’re hungry during late night..not many choices of foods during breakfast..even simple but it tasted good..very recommended to those who are looking for budget price hotel. Thanks, Fadori Fadzli
