Went on an impromptu trip. Decided to book into this hotel as the hotel we used to stay was fully booked. My grouses : - 1. Receptionist was not one of the more friendly people. Maybe she's tired. :) 2, Room smells.. smells musty. Must be unoccupied for a long time. 3. Bed though looks clean, wait till you sleep...

I've an opportunity to stay for a few nights and I chose to try different hotels in the Kuantan town, just for the sake of it, and my conclusion from the experience is this is bottom of the rating list. Location wise, it's in a quite place of town. If you are driving, the GPS might not work too well...

Stayed at deluxe room for one night. Very average hotel. Paid RM160 and expects a bit better. Would settle for a room with no smell and silent air-condition. Knew beforehand that it is not a place of leisure. Sadly, it is the cheapest one in town. Cheaper hotel will see you staying up at the 3rd floor of a 'rumah...

Stayed 1 night at this hotel on a short working trip to Kuantan recently. The hotel is located away from the main road, but since this hotel have a number of floors, locating it from afar is not too difficult. The are some parking spaces in front of the hotel. The lobby of the hotel is quite small, and not...

Stayed for 3D2N here in June 2014. Room quite dirty with old fashioned furniture. Aircond in room not so cold enough. Being wakeup by hooker agent at 3.00am searching for his girl. Breakfast not so much choices. Egg station only open at 830am. Stupid decision by fnb manager. Location of hotel also invisible.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in beginning of March 2014. Since the hotel is located close to a highway junction there is a lot of traffic noise, and some people use it as a racing strip which caused me bad night sleep. Room size and service was avarage, I payed RM140 a night for a twin bed...

Good location, surprisingly quiet (18th floor) and clean. Very attentive service. Room, especially the bathroom are on the smaller side. It is very YMCA style, functional, clean with nice staff. Not refine but we felt very comfortable and relaxing.

Stay in this hotel was lousy. We booked a family room of 31sqm, but it was confirmed by staff that they did not have it for us, so were given a much smaller room. We asked for extra pillows but never received it. Room wasStay in this hotel was lousy. We booked a family room of 31sqm, but it was...
