The hotel itself is not so bad considering the cheap price you're going to pay,but we had a very bad experience with the front desk agents who instead of helping us or answering at our questions they were more focus in looking they're self into the mirror, checking theirs pimples... Disgusting and believe me it's very annoying have such an attitude...

I din stay there but I had lunch in the restaurant for two days. The Restsurant is big enough, the staff is ok but can be improve better. Good location, can easily reach hotel pulau Labuan when you are here although there are all over hotels. Will try the room.

Stayed here recently for 1 night (and in the previous visit as well). The only 2 factors that made me chose this hotel were the price which was RM119 nett that comes with the breakfast for 1 pax. If you have someone with you, expect to pay the walk in rate for breakfast which is RM15. The breakfast served at...

An old run down hotel one step up from a hostel. Spartan room fittings which have seen better days. Traffic noise all night long. Hard bed with tired bed linen. No elevator so expect a walk with your luggage. Better stay somewhere else

Do stay on the lower levels if you have huge and heavy bags like I did. Asked for it, I am pretty sure they do have available rooms in the lower levels, if not then be prepared to do a bit of work out as the hotel doesn't have any lift or elevator. The room is a bit old, but...

Front desk reception was very friendly and courteous. There are no elevators so I had to take the stairs to the 4th floor where my room was at. The room was musty and dated and the plumbing leaks but my biggest gripe was that housekeeping never came to make up the room even after going out for the whole day....

Nite place to stay easy to walk to ferry station. On weekend there is pasar malam. There alot of small shop around, about RM10 using teksi to parkson. Good servis at lobby. But small lobby and at hotel pulau labuan 2, the resturan at the lobby is non halal ( non muslim resturan).

This hotel belongs the cheapest category but even though it could be better. It is mostly for the workers and treated as such. I strongly recommend avoiding if for family trips and any sort of leisure stay. The service is very poor as well – personnel wouldn’t even replace tea and coffee in the room. The only advantage of it...

Located at labuan town. Easy access for food, gifts shop and convenience store. Breakfast provided at nearby branch - pulau labuan 1 at normal breakfast timing. Just basic hotel and nothing special. Just stay for business trip where most of the times I'm at office.

This hotel chain has few buildings, and i was staying at Pulau Labuan 2. Room: I guess it is all smoking room. Because i can always smell it on different rooms. They clean every day, but it was not that clean. Location: Labuan is small city, so you can walk it to any entertainment nearby. Just like other hotel. Easy...
