Fully satisfied! Best service ever! Best homestay recommend! We like Mr Lee! Stayed here for one night and we don't even know the route of Kelantan but no matter how busy was Mr Lee on that day, his willingness of bringing us to the destination was really a touch!

Went over to Kota Bahru for some official business matter when I had to stay in Kubang Kerian. Found Mr Lee's guesthouse in TA and with one of the highest rating and good comments. I immediately book my accomodation at his place without second thought. Mr Lee texted me a day earlir prior to arrival enquiring my check in time... More

Stayed here for one night. What made all the difference to our stay was Mr. Lee who was able to pick us up from the airport (booked in advance) and he also drove us into town so that we could check out the night market. He also came to pick us up! Luckily we stayed at a quiet time so... More

Mr. Lee was incredibly accommodating and showcased hospitality at its finest! He graciously offered and helped arrange transfers to/from the airport, jetty to the pehrentien islands, and into the city (it is a bit far from the city). Everything was meticulously clean and I had my best sleep the entire trip here! He even prepared breakfast for me in the... More

What can I say. From the moment we met Lee we were sold. He had a personalised greeting note on his gate waiting for us on arrival and he soon ushered us into his home where he made us feel at home giving us full use of the kitchen and dvd collection. Lee was a gentleman and rather than have... More

The homestay is quite far away from the city centre but is a perfect stopover if you're heading to Perhentians. I arrived at Kota Bahru airport quite late and Mr Lee picked me up and drove me to the homestay. He also organised next day's transfer to the jetty and got me boat tickets (at the same price you would... More

It is impossible to rate Mr. Lee and his guesthouse any higher. I advise everyone to stay here, it is like staying with your Uncle that wants very much for you to report back to your Daddy what a great time you had in his town. We were here 3 nites and Mr Lee did everthing for us, and now... More

Nice, friendly owner. Not the type of guy to talk for hours, but more of a quiet, gentle mind. Always up for giving good advice and very concerned. At any time we wanted he would pick us up or drop us off in the city centre for free. He would give us a cellphone to call him. He even called... More

We stayed for only 1 night on July 12. It was a transit stop for catching the boat ride to the Perhentians the next morning. Mr. Lee's place is in a quiet neighbourhood, which is about a 10 min car ride to Chinatown area. Our room was clean with AC & ceiling fan. Fresh linen, towels, soaps are provided. We... More
