The receptionist was very helpful and the room is very clean. However, the bathroom can be better and cleaner. I hope they can renovate it in the future. Other than that, everything is excellent. Especially the location, right on the cenang beach. Will go stay there again if I travel to langkawi in the future.

The room was clean but EXTREMELY small, it is bare-bone basic, for the same price 150rg/50us, we found an older hotel, possible name "Aseana", it is big and pink in color, it is approximately 5min walking toward the direction of the Underwater World, opposite from the aiport, for the same price, the room is 3 times bigger and comes with... This is a no frills, small and cosy resort in Pantai Cenang, just right next to the Underwater World. We booked 4 rooms and were given both connected rooms which was nice. 2 of the rooms were the 'older' rooms - by older i mean it could be the 1st few rooms when the resort started operating. and the other... I decided to stay there for a weekend after reading all the positive reviews on tripadvisor. I'm sure the room looked nice during the 1st month of opening but now the cheap IKEA furnitures are broken down and you can see the rooms are not maintained. If you can hear what's happening on the streets, neighboor room and outside, be... More

Checking in was a breeze and staffs were friendly. Surveyed the vicinity and was extremely pleased by the cleaniness. I then went in the rooms and was blown away by the cleaniness... This is the rare moment where a hotel/resort room is the same as published. The housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Staffs are very accomodating and friendly. I highly... More

We stayed at The Cabin, Langkawi for some time in May 2011 and this is a nice budget resort. It's location is fantastic and its right on the Pantai Cenang beach road. So all the good restaurants, pubs, convenience stores and money changers are located within a stone's throw. Also the Pantai Cenang beach is very close by. The rooms... More

checked in for a week, no regrets at all. friendly staff, nice room (if you like IKEA, you'll love the cabin!) located about 2 mins (walking distance) from Cenang beach, it is indeed a nice little place. Very convenient, just hop out of your room and you're right on the Cenang stretch of shops, restaurants and bars.. also within walking... More

Great location, clean bed, clean bathroom, pretty place.....this is how I would describe the Cabin Resort. The decor though minimal is good. You have a parking lot too, but only one car can have a covered area. The service was satisfactory. No drinking water was provided in the room. There was an electric kettle to make tea in, and a... Despite feeling a little "home-made" and being furnished straight from the Ikea catalogue, The Cabin is a sweet little place in Chenang. At 150 Ringgits a night it offers good-value in quirky surroundings close to the beach.
