Great location, friendly and helpful receptionist. Near Aeon, Mc Donald's, shops, banks. However need some sound proofing. It is noisy due to the main road. If you are travelling by they don't have designated parking/ free parking. It is shop lots parking and have to pay if it is working hours.

The good part about this hotel is about its location. It is near Aeon Mall and Tesco and there are restaurants nearby. The receptionist was friendly and polite. The room was clean and the wifi was good. Now the not so good parts. There were no closets nor clothes hangers. Though the Agoda website wrote a Standard Family room has... More

Everything was good in Princeton hotel at bukit indah jb, but I am really not happy with one indian lady receptionist, the way she dealt with us and i could say that she's not friendly and not even willing to smile at us. the way she treated us made us felt irritated to enter the hotel again! We were there July 2014. It's in the centre of Bukit Indah, shopping malls, Restaurent, hairdressers, massage centers. Banks. But every thing need to be improved even though it's a budget accommodation. Bed was horrible. Since then didn't gone back there

The hotel is near to the Aeon Bukit Indah, very convenient for us. The room is clean and free wifi is provided. The hotel provides all the basic stuff, from toiletries, towels and has a TV. The price is reasonable. The stuff is friendly.

As the title suggest, you need to manage your expectation. The room is clean and the bath room is of decent size. If you carry many luggage, the room may not be adequate. Family rooms are also available. This hotel is convenient located many eateries. Supermarket and malls are also nearby.

Even though we stayed there for a night only, we found the facilities on par with other hotels. Though they do not provide breakfast, you can easily find it around the hotel or the nearbly aeon mall which is just a walking distance away. The receptionists were friendly and very helpful too.

Stayed at this hotel for a night in the family room, which is located about 500m from Aeon and maybe a little further from Tesco. The hotel provides all the basic stuff, from toiletries, towels and has a TV. The room we stayed does not have a window and was not the largest, thus might appear to be claustrophobic to... More

On 28/4/16 (thurs), when I checked in the hotel with my partner, I was given one key card only, every time I checked in to other hotels, they always give me one key card per person. And when I open and close the room's door, it is so difficult to open and close it. Please do something about it.
