Room was old with ripped wallpaper and creepy ceiling. Small room for 2 person. The night time was the worse. I couldn't sleep because of the sound of people karaoke-ing was so loud and clear. Not recommended

The room was shabby. Black dust sticking on the air-con vent. The corridor to the room was dusty and wall paper was peeling off. However, the bed and bathroom were clean. Walking distance to KSL shopping mall and bus stop. Lots of places to eat at the nearby shops.

Spent one night here for working trip. The room assigned to me on 6th floor has windows but very noisy despite windows closed probably due to air conditioning chiller. Can give their breakfast a miss - very limited selection. Very unfriendly reception with sour face during check out. Will not consider staying here again

We had our first shock when we stepped into the lobby-look at the 'white' sofa, walls and ceiling in the photos taken-it is very obvious. The entire building has water leakage problem and full of mould. We booked 2 rooms,a triple bedroom and a twin sharing bedroom. We had our second shock when we stepped into our rooms. One room smelled... More

The 5th floor had... More

Overall satisfied with our stay except for the strong urine smell at the 5th floor corridor. Breakfast was simple with bread, rice, meehoon, porridge, ham, hotdogs, egg, baked beans, potato wedges, peanut, Ikan bilis, watermelon, salad. When ask for another bowl of cornflakes, which was not displayed, for the children, the waiter said no more.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights although it wasn't the hotel we wanted to stay because our first option was the KSL hotel. But unfortunately, they were fully booked. We ended up staying here because 1, it was a lot cheaper. 2, it really is a comfortable hotel. 3, It's near the KSL mall. 4, the massage place... More
