We only managed to check in around 9pm but called the hotel to informed them at 3pm. However the available standard rooms were all smoking rooms and we had young kids and elderly with us (we booked 3 rooms altogether) so we asked if they are able to change for us, The staff Ms Devi was very kind and she...

Nice and pleasant place to stay. Hotel was very grand and lobby was spacious. Check in was smooth except the card didnt work the first time we got in. Toilet layout not maximised and the tap water was yellowish. Swimming pool offer nice view but was very, very small. Felt cramped when 2-3 family started swimming at one time. There...

Love the room.. big single beds in big room..so comfy.reach there at 140 pm and immediate was able to get my room despite the 3pm check in time. Breakfast is really good.. but too crowded. Prob bcoz it was on a xmas season..walking distance to ksl shopping mall. Would definately love to visit again.

We chose this hotel because it is near to KSL City (within walking distance) and 5 mins car ride to City Square. There is a Cedar Food Centre near the hotel, the reviews seems quite good, but when we visited the place, only a few stalls are open. The hotel is quite old, and some of the amenities need to...

My family and i spent a night at the family suite during an overnight trip to Johor Bahru. Although overall the hotel's decor is slightly dated and needs a refresh, our stay was comfortable and the suite was clean and spacious.

To start off...it is quite conveniently located, with access to public buses (from CIQ) and location is well known by uber and grab alike. Right behind the hotel is a food haven for bbq foods, curry fish head, etc. We were greeted by 'santa claus' at the hotel lobby where free sweets were given to my son. The check-in process...

Although the hotel is not strategically located, many travellers love to stay over for its big rooms. The rooms are relatively bigger than the ones at KSL City which is just a few metres away. Even though the set-up of the rooms seemed older, it is extremely clean. Having to be served by friendly staff, what else more can we...

Before I rant about the very bad, I will say some good things first. 1) It is very conveniently located to the Monday Night Johor Bahru Night Market (right at doorstep) 2) The view from the hotel is quite spectacular 3) The staff at reception were very polite and helpful 4) Breakfast was quite a spread although if you want...

Room is spacious. Bathtub available adds joy to my children as it rain when they wanted to go swimming. Swimming pool not that big but enough for kids to swim around awhile. Gym is also available. Breakfast variety is pretty good. No doubt the hotel is old and will do better with some renovation and window needs cleaning so can...

We spent a night in a Family Suite with 2 bedrooms. It was very cosy and we really love the view. Although it was just a short visit, we will definitely come back here when we have another trip down in Johor
