This was definitely tenting at its finest! The tents were amazing! There were two beds, a desk, dressing table, wardrobe closet, double sinks in vanity, separate toilet and shower rooms. There was a nice patio with two chairs and small patio table. Mt. Kilimanjaro was visible from our tent. The pool was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The...

I know that it seems strange at a tented camp just outside of the Amboseli Game Reserve in Kenya. However, this resort has the most beautiful outdoor pool that I've ever seen. The centre is deep, perfect for swimming. Around the outside is a shallow area with concrete lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing. Add nice bridges, beautiful landscaping, etc. Nice!...

I visited this place as part of an Official meeting and found these guys to be spectacular. 1. All rooms face the Mt. Kilimanjaro and its exquisite. 2. In all my travels in Kenya I have not come across any hotel where food tastes as good as it tastes here. We all came back several pounds heavier. 3. The rooms...

This is a hotel - not a camp so to speak - but it's smack in the bush, Mount Kilimanjaro is in full view and the rooms are half tents and half concrete so the camp feeling is certainly there. That said, It was a really large room so a walk to the bathroom in the middle of the night...

When we were told we would stay in a tent!! I realy did'nt know what to expect. The only way to explain it is sheer luxuay. The decor in the rooms is fabulous. With great views of Kilimanjaro. The food was well presented and delicious. The staff were friendley and attended to all our needs. It was a little difficult...

We have enjoyed staying at Kilima a couple of times. It is a true "safari" experience in the bush. The tents are fabulous. The view is amazing with Mt. Kilimanjaro in the near distance. The pool was very unique and large. Fun for the kids. And, as always, the food was wonderful! Just next to the Amboseli game park, home...

If I die and go to heaven, I hope it will be like our tent (no. 16) at Kilima. I was already blown away when I saw photos online on the lodge's website, and I can only say that it was even better in real life. The furniture and decor were simply so stylish, amazing four-poster beds, beautiful bathroom... I'd...

The rooms are fantastic, almost an arabian theme. Very large bathrooms with double sinks, dressing table and separate shower room and toilet room. The beds are large and come with mosquito nets. The room is very clean and the tent section is definitely waterproof - we had a heavy downpour and all stayed very dry inside! Electricity charging points are...

This camp is truly wonderful, with beautiful tents (including an excellent bathroom!) and a seating area outside the tent overlooking Mt Kilimanjaro - magical. The food is excellent, as is the service from all of the staff. There is a beautiful pool for relaxing in-between safaris and we had a massage from the masseuse which was lovely. A few reviews...

Nice peaceful rooms.lots of privacy. Friendly staff.Good food and bar. Good swimming pool could not use because of the chilly wind. The track from the rooms to dining area not well lit can be scary if one bumps into a security gaurd . complete darkness after midnight. Could be a problem in case of emergency. No intercoms too. No WIFI...
