Check in procedure was fast. Large room, clean and comfortable bed. Even the bathroom was pretty big.

Location hotel is only a 5-7mins walk to the metro station and cafes/restaurants are nearby as well if you walk towards the republic square.

Overall, had a good stay. Recommended.

Stayed here and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the beginning to the end, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal, which made it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy all the charms of the area. The room was very spacious, impeccably clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, which allowed us to relax perfectly after a busy day.

The cleaning team exceeded all expectations by keeping it perfectly clean, and their attention to detail really made our stay special. We also really enjoyed breakfast -- it wasn't just the delicious food, it was the warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it really special. We sat for almost an hour enjoying quality food and a pleasant environment.

Overall, this place has really become our home away from home. We are sure to return here without hesitation and strongly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday.

Unfortunately, they didn't take pictures of the room and the hotel itself, but they were very pleased.

Nice and clean rooms with all the necessary set (robes, slippers, bathroom facilities).
Safe, TV, minibar and plenty of storage space.
The only downside is maximum wooden mattresses.

Friendly employees. Always reacted promptly to our requests (bringing iron, providing laundry and ironing services on short notice).

Not bad breakfasts (fish, chicken, sausages, eggs), as well as different fruits (were in September).

In general, we were as satisfied as possible and could definitely recommend it!

Does not match the photos and description on the site!
I'll start with the good stuff.
Breakfast for hard 4
Room is clean
Staff friendly
That's it)
-------------------
No noise insulation, you can hear doors opening and closing in the hallway!
When I went into the room I didn't realize where the bathroom was, the washbasin is in the middle of the room without partitions, just by the cravat). The shower room and toilet are made into a wardrobe (photo attached). Well, it's just tin) At the same time, in the photo what the usual standard number looks like are missing!
I asked you to change the room with a surcharge, refused to say everything is taken).
I don't recommend this hotel!

The best thing of the hotel is its location. It is fairly central. The metro station called Abay is just a few minutes walk. Kok Tobe cable car station was also walkable. Apart from location, we did not find anything great of this hotel. The service was slow so was the attitude of the receptionist who must have been tired most of the time manning the front office for may be 12 hours at a stretch. Breakfast buffet was not very satisfactory. The shower and the toilet in the room were two separate matchbox type cabins - highly suffocating. Housekeeping was good and they provided enough drinking bottles. We spent a week in the hotel and somehow got used to it towards the end but sadly it was not a memorable experience.

The rooms are small but well designed and reasonably priced. The location is exceptional.

My issue was we couldn't get two towels or two bathrobes each night. One was always missing which was odd. However, I recommend the hotel.

Pros: Lovely staff, nice room, good breakfast.

Cons: A little bit far out of the dead city centre, May be a 15-minute walk. Also, beers were expensive in the beer garden compared to other locations.

All in all, it's a good choice and a nice hotel.

Comfortable hotel. Even in the center it is isolated from traffic. Good sleep. Good WIFI, hot water and temperature of A/C. Stayed twice at the beginning and at the end of tour and both times were comfortable. Breakfast is good but requires a bit better service.

Don't get a hotel on the sun side in the winter. They don't have the air conditioning turned on so it can get up to 35 degrees Fahrenheit in your room. Also don't try to order a beer after 12 am. As soon as the bartender went home they are not able to serve a drink although they have a 24 hour room Service. How strange is that! The junior suite is great tho. It got its own Haman. But the beds are way to hard.

Definitely the best hotel I have been to in Central Asia. Better than e.g. the Intercontinental in Tashkent or the Serena in Dushanbe.

I would rate it an excellent hotel even if it was situated in any other region of the world but I think what this place delivers in terms of professionalism, decent style and value for money is particularly outstanding in Central Asia where these requirements are regularly not fulfilled (and don't think I am a narrow-minded Westerner - I love Central Asia but some things often don't work there as they should and I highly appreciate if they do work like at Worldhotel Saltanat).

The hotel is rather small and familiar, I would guess maybe 30 to 40 rooms. It is located on one of the central streets and you can easily walk to many places of interest. Location is rather quiet, though as the building is in a small garden/park maybe 50 m away from the street.

We arrived late at the airport. Pick-Up service worked, was friendly and affordable. First big surprise was the check-in. Actually the fastest check-in I ever had: I gave the receptionist my passport, she copied it and handed out the key. 1 min - wow!

Rooms are in a modern and designed style. Wooden floors, white furniture, nice bathrooms. Everything seemed to be good quality and made in good craftsmanship. Still, design was not so white and clear that you would feel uncomfortable. Rooms were cozy. We had a suite as we were traveling with our two kids. It was quite spacious.

We went there for pleasure but I think it is a good business hotel as well. We had a nice working desk and there is free and operating wifi (I do not really recall it but maybe there was even a fax and/or a printer in the room).

I did not manage to completely understand the operation of the light switch until the end of our stay - some very complicated modern gear, but well, it did not spoil our stay. Suppose you need to be engineer to handle it.

What else? Breakfast was good with a proper choice. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Facilities are a bit limited, as it is a small place. There is a small gym on the ground floor, a small bar and that's it. So if you are looking for a spa or a pool, that is not the place of choice. But I guess they would be able to arrange a massage if you want it.

And finally: it is very good value for money, especially in a Central Asian capital. Room rates are absolutely ok for what you get and you have free wifi and free water on the room (I hate the ripoff to pay EUR 200 for a room and then being charged EUR 10 for a bottle of water or some hours of internet use). Also room service is moderately priced (and food is good) as is transfer to/from airport.
