Reviewed 19 November 2015 Stayed there 3 nights for business trip.
The room was comfortable, clean and the staff welcoming.
No issue at check in and check out.
Spacious bedroom and bathroom was a plus.
So far nice place to stay, if you don't mind having to roam outside...More

Reviewed 7 November 2015 Wonderful location in Almaty. Staff spoke good English. Food was very good. Probably our only complaint was that there were no ramps for rolling your luggage up the front steps or steps inside the hotel. Yes, there was staff available; just one of our observations.
Reviewed 15 October 2015 Nice and quiet room, comfortable bed, large bathroom. Helpfull staff at front desk, all English-speaking. Several pubs and restaurants around.
Only one negative comment : the bar was very smoky on one evening.
