I stayed here for an overnight layover. The hotel is located in a walking distance from the airport, but the taxi arranged by the hotel charged around 15 USD. The room was like an old hospital room, with linoleum flooring (no carpet), a small window and pipe bed! The room was in a separate building behind the main building of...

I visited this hotel 6/7 times. Its very near to Almaty Airport (approx 1 KM or 5~10 mins walk). Its good for transit purpose. Hotel rooms are very spacious but having very limited facilities (a few TV channels). WiFi only available on reception. Adjacent to hotel there is a small park. A walk-by market as well. Restaurant is having limited...

The hotel is not really ready for international visitors. It's more of a Soviet era hostel for crew and airport staff. I have stayed in the most basic room. It was so basic that the cost should have been well under $100. When I arrived they could not find my reservation on booking.com ("system was down"). I paid for a...

Very convinient location to the airport, a 5 minute walk, no need for a Taxi. Stayed in a suite for 2 nights and a standard room for 1 night, the suite wasn't that well equipped and the decor was terrible, the standard room was in the annex block and was fantastic compared to the suite. Recommended for the traveller who...

i had 14 hours for transit and booked this hotel. It's literary in walking distance from airport during the day time, please don't do that when it's dark. Hotel is very basic: bed, shower, and small TV. When i checked in, AC wasn't working in the room, I called up the reception and they gave me the key to another...

We stayed here for a quick rest on a seven hour overnight layover. It is close enough to the airport to walk, but it is a bit difficult to find as it is down a dark back street and not signed at all. When we checked in, we were sent to a different building out across a dark parking lot,...

2 minute taxi drive from Almaty International Airport, this hotel is good enough if you arrive early or are waiting for an early flight. Rooms are clean and quiet (except for planes taking off) with adequate facilities. Breakfast is available but probably not worth getting up for. It is possible to walk from the Airport but the area through which...

I very frequently overnight in Almaty and jump on an early regional flight after coming in from Frankfurt. I have to check in late and leave early, but the receptionist(s) have always been good to me. Compared to the other two hotels proximal to the airport, this one is better simply because the rooms are very private, large, clean and...
