I went to Sendai on a business trip in July 2016. While most business hotels tend to be very similar, this one sticks out because from the outside, it does not look like a business hotel at all.

it's located in the area of very busy place with many down to earth kind-a- restaurants and bars (Japanese Style), so some people think great location for night outs although a bit noisy for sleep.
Very good service. Excellent breakfast. Rooms a bit small but well appointed with all controls and connectors easily available. A fraction of the block from day and night-time action. Despite this, very quiet at night.
