I stayed here based on a co workers recondendation. Short sweet ans to the point. 1. The staff was awesome. 2. The place is clean 3. The bidet and heated toilet seat was a nice feature in the bathroom. 4. Shopping and bars are a short walk away. 5. The Navy Base is a hefty walk or a short taxi...

Very clean, very reasonable. Staff was considerate and spoke pretty good English. There was a restaurant with a nice buffet in the lobby. Overall it was a very nice stay. The hotel is minutes walking distance from various restaurants and shopping.

This is a very western style hotel for Asia and the room sizes are larger than most other hotels within this price range. Easy walking distance to the US base, shopping, food choices, etc. The breakfast option is an excellent add-on too with both eastern and western choices. With room and breakfast, the cost was still below Per Diem rate....

good size room and well furnished except very little drawer space. The Japanese bath room has a big problem the way the bathtub is installed and plumbed which creates a black mold problem (no calking). I after two weeks I noticed that upon returning to my room my head would congest. I now believe it was because of the black...

Stayed one night at this hotel, the location is good, though around 10 mins walk from the Sasebo station. As we rent a car, so the location is fine for us. It's very close to the shopping area with a supermarket and many restaurants. The room is quite large, though not very new furnished.

This hotel is in a really good location, located near really good restaurants, bars and the Ginza. The staff is really helpful and courteous and the buffet in the lobby serves some delicious food. Most hotels in this area are super super small, like they can only fit one day and barely your suitcase, but this hotel has normal size...

This is a good hotel close to Sasebo Naval Facilities. It's changed ownership and name, but kept all the same employees and furnishings. The breakfast is a nice add-on and well worth it. The AC is strong, and the rooms feature decent space for a Japanese hotel. Recommended.

I stayed for long term business (9 months) and I can say that this is NOT the hotel for that. Not the hotels fault, it's perfect for a weekend trip. The location is great, right next to Sailor Town and the Ginza, and walkable to base. The rooms don't have any means to make your own food or store food...

Ok hotel overall. I'm not super tall, but I shouldn't have to duck to get in the shower. This hotel is outdated. Tired. Location is nice. Lots of Americans stay here b/c it is so close to the base. In walking distance of lots.
