I'd suggest that you contact the hotel by email to find out. You can try calling the hotel directly, but if you don't speak Japanese, it might be easier to contact support at the Japanican booking website instead. If the hotel don't pick up from Nikko, it's very easy to get the Tobu buses and they run very frequently.
