Takes you about 5 minutes by foot from Urawa station to get there. We choose it as we went to an ACL match of Urawa Reds. The opposing team from Korea actually stayed at the same hotel, which was quite funny. Also, it's right next to the official Urawa Reds fanshop, which is a definite plus. The room itself is...

Located just a few blocks away from Urawa Station, this business hotel is also popular for weddings (a Japanese tradition to get married in a hotel). Rooms are spacious (in Tokyo terms), well maintained and quiet. The service could not be better in any way (I love Japan for that). In case you are a breakfast person - do not...

It is located in Urawa, nice city to walk and shopping. Hotel is 4-5 stars, but a bit expensive in some seasons. Buffet dinner restaurant in front of hotel is good. You can walk to small local shopping street and find the Riki (Urawa Red FC 's Yakitori reataurant)

Rooms are clean and quiet, Internet is working well, and choice of food at breakfast is very good. One point for improvement : it would be good that the staff at the reception desk but more proficient in english, it would help and make communication more fluid. One comment regarding restaurants within the hotel : a broad variety of restaurants...

The hotel is good, what one expects from a property of such kind. The rooms don't feel exciting, yet very clean and have all necessary comfort, yet without extra luxury. The minibar is an empty fridge, there are vending machines down the corridor. Staff helpful but discreet, the Japanese way. Good breakfast. The bar on the top floor closes at...

Everything you would expect of a 5 star to hotel. The staff are sensational and always happy to do their best to assist. The garden on level 6 is very relaxing after a long day sightseeing and the bar on level 19 ticks all the boxes for drink options and a view to remember. Make sure you get breakfast with...

Standard comfort but nothing more. Rooms are clean and to Japanese standard not too small. Bathroom is OK but women should bring extra light ;-). Breakfast is OK. Different restaurants are available in the hotel tower (Japanes, Chinese and bar with western food). Bar on the 19th floor makes you zen with live music at the piano. Also (good) restaurants...

It's a nice hotel, older but recently renovated. The rooms were comfortable, clean and our bed was comfortable. They have a key card system in place, if you forgot to ask for a key card to keep in the room slot, any card with a chip works. My VISA card worked just fine. This hotel has wedding facilities complete with...
