I stayed here for 7 days during the cherry blossom season and I loved this little hotel. The price was right and the rooms were very clean and cozy. bed was awesome and it had all the amentities I needed. the downside is that the rooms are small and you don't have a view, but this isn't a skyscraper in shinjuku so it is what it is.

The breakfast in the morning was always good. Nothing fancy but a good way to start the day. The nearest bus stop is under a mile both ways, which means its a little out of the way if your hauling lots of luggage. But its a nice little walk in between all the shops and side streets. Mickie D's is right around the corner too and they got some cool little bars here.

I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this place for 5 days, hard to find,no English sign outside building, round down place, out dated and very old facility, poor service service, receptionists weren't as friendly you may expect in Japan, very small bathroom even with Japan's standards, unsafe bath tub for elderly to use, old and dirty carpet, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, there are many better places for the money.
