We stayed at here twice on our recent visit to Japan. We were going to go Disneyland on the first few days of our trip but realised it was a Japanese school holiday so decided to change our plans and go elsewhere on the first days of our trip and decided to return at the end of our trip for...

We stayed at the hotel for our last 3 nights in Tokyo and was greeted by the Duty Manger at the check-in counter. We had initially booked to stay for only 2 nights initially but during our travels we decided to include an extra night but unfortunately we unable to book a same room but upon check-in the duty manager...

We were here for two days, 11-13April 2017. We came in a taxi from Asakusa as we did not want to be part of the metro rush hour with our luggages. (The taxi fare was exorbitant at SGD90+ for a 35 min ride btw) It was raining, we were almost drenched and we were very tired. When we reached, even...

Stated here due to exceptional deal on the room. I was not going to Disney. With the exception of being a distance from downtown, this hotel was perfect. The staff was exemplary even with the language barrier. The room was great, had a bay view, the bathroom and amenities in it were awesome. We did have the buffet at the...

Overall, our stay here was very enjoyable. Our room was excellent, with plenty of room to move around. The only thing that I could complain about was the lack of flexibility of time booking in. As we found with most hotels in Japan, there's no flexibility for those who arrive on an early flight. We arrived at the hotel at...

Location: The hotel is an easy walk to Bayside Monorail station, so access to both of the Disney Parks and JR Maihama Station (to see the rest of Tokyo) is convenient. Rooms: Nicely appointed - we stayed in the new "Park Wing". Great shower "wet room" and a bath tub. A little tight with four beds in the room but...

Great hotel! We loved the location and the views from the hotel. The staff was exceptional and addressed questions in a timely manner. My family enjoyed various amenities provided by the hotel, such as, the pool, the club floor, the Grand Cafe restaurant, concierge services for Disney tickets & airport transportation, and Japanese public bath.

We stayed here due to the location being close to Disney Sea and Disneyland. We started of by arriving late in Naritia and missed the Airport Limousine Bus service. So caught the Keisei Sky Rail and changed at Station and managed to get a little lost which added extra time to our arrivial. Next time would catch the JR Express...

Three of us shared a room with two semi double beds and an additional trundle bed. The semi double beds were comfortable but the pillows perhaps require some updating as they were flat and soft. We had the rooms serviced daily during our five nights there. It appeared that they would go a full servicing every alternate days and those...

We stayed here for just one night, 2 adults and 4 children. The hotel is enormous and nicely done. Obviously most people stay here for its proximity to DisneyLand but we just needed something that was not too hard to reach for an early flight out to Haneda airport. While the rooms were a good size, the service was poor...
