Room was big, there was sufficient space for 2A2C and 3 big luggages plus 1 stroller! The hotel n room looked abit dated. There's a small kids corner at lobby n a konbini too. They charge for breakfast buffet as well as the indoor swimming pool, which we didnt go for. There is shuttle bus service to Bayside station otherwise can...

This hotel is located in a brilliant location! Across from a Disney monorail station which takes you to the Disney parks and Ikspiri where there is a train station. As a family of four (two teenagers) finding family rooms in Tokyo was very difficult, and this hotel provided a great room for us. Slightly dated, but lovely bathroom/comfy beds. Particularly...

Nice hotel. Helpful staff - they take you to your room and ensure you have everything you need . Disney tickets available at the hotel which is super easy and a little convenience store which you can buy a few drinks , snacks . Although we would prefer to stay at a disney hotel our budget didn't allow for it. We booked teh Hotel Okura and were not disappointed. We spent 2 weeks in Japan and if you've traveled around you know hotels and Airbnb's are tiny. This was probably the largest space we had, two big double beds, a couch and a huge...

This hotel is in an excellent location. It is right in front of the bayside monorail station, which will bring you to Disneyland and Disneysea very conveniently. Giving the hotel three stars because of its dated rooms and decor. The walls and carpets were worn out and it looked like it was in need of major refurbishment.

The hotel provides facial mask and cleansing oil and wash. There are also a special set of toothbrush for children. Friendly and helpful staff. You can also purchase your Disney tickets here and they also help guests to deliver their luggages (there's a price-depending on the size of luggage and delivery destination).

We had an introduction from staff about the room and how to use air conditioning. The room and bathroom is quite big. They even have Shiseido face mask and...

The location, if you are visiting Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea, is amazing. You are about a 3 minute walk or bus ride from Bayside monorail station. There are many amenities if you are planning on spending a lot of time in the hotel, but we didn't. Also, the service is excellent. That said, this was our third hotel in our...
