Spent several nights there during our tour of Japan. The hotel is situated in a suburb of Tokyo, easily accessible by car and train. The area around the hotel is quiet and spacious with many sports fields and an university. 10-15 minutes walk to Shin Urayasu station where you can take one of two train lines to Tokyo Central Station....

The staff were polite and the rooms were clean. The hotel has free shuttlebuses that take you to Maihama Station. From there, you can take the Disney Resort Line to the park of your choice. The area surrouding the hotel consists mostly of residences and university facilities but local shops, cafes and Shin-Urayasu station are a short 15 minute walk...

Bit of a walk from the JR station, but not a bad location. Would be a good base for the theme parks as they provide a shuttle bus. Friendly reception and reasonable sized rooms for Japan. Comfortable beds with good pillows, TV with CNN, minibar and air con. Bathroom was a typical modular style, but toiletries were provided and the...

Worth for money! It provides free shuttle bus to and from Disney. Just request the timetable from the staff so that you will not miss the shuttle bus, otherwise you have to pay for subway. Nothing around the hotel, so just spend your whole day in Disney and take the shuttle bus back from Disney.

For the price this hotel is very nice. The building is modern with very helpful staff and nice rooms. Only downside was the shuttle was ridiculously busy, they really needed two so we chose to just walk to the station. Still it was in a good spot and made everything accessible.

It is one of te hotel near Tokyo Disney Resort that offers free shuttle bus to Tokyo Disney Resort. The hotel is about 1 km walk from Shin-urayasu Station. The rooms are small, but fit for a family with 2 children. The breakfast are simple, various Japanese style. The hotel staff are friendly, helpfull and informative.

The location was good and the free bus straight to Disneyland/Sea was helpful and staff very nice BUT the bathrooms smelt mouldy and had mould in around the bath/around the door handle, etc. The air con was also well due for a clean. Mystays Kyoto was MUCH nicer.

Can't beat the price in the area. If you are looking for a clean place to crash, this is it. They have free shuttles to Disney, or a 1500 yen (~$15) taxi ride.
