Corridor carpets were very worn and dirty. Bathroom door was coming off its hinges. When I pulled on the towel rail to close the door it came off in my hand. Wardrobe door took all my strength to open.

Their was no ventilation in the room and it was incredibly hot and stuffy. I wanted to sleep in the air-conditioned hallway but was persuaded back in with the use of a very old fan. I couldn't be moved because reception said no rooms had ventilation. There was a portable air-cleaner in the room but it just recycles the same...

This is a good hotel for a brief layover. Its has a free shuttle to and from airport. Ask at the information desk for directions. Room was adequate. Restaurant was OK. Staff friendly and efficient. I arrived late and left early so cannot comment on other aspects.

It is possible to get a great short-stay rate, if you check out at 6am. They have a free shuttle bus to the airport that operates a few times each hour. There is a convenience store which stays open quite late right on the first floor of the hotel.

Compared to typical Japanese welcome and courtesy - this place is very average with a very tick box mentality. They are efficient. Our room was large but again compared to many other locations we stayed this was basic just about fit for purpose when looked at from a Japanese standards perspective

After the long flight, I was looking forward dipping into onsen. My plan charged me extra 1000 yen to use onsen facility, but it was worth it. They gave me another ticket allows me to go back to onsen next morning. Easy access from narita airport riding hotel shuttle bus. I will stay there again.

The room (garden wing) smelled musty, was small and the bed was hard and somewhat lumpy. The bathroom was mouldy around the edges. Basically nothing like the photo's on Expedia. And whilst on the subject of Expedia, despite my booking saying check out between 10-11 am, the reception lady advised I needed to check out by 6am. She also said...

I checked couple of websites that were suggesting different hotels near Narita that provide a good view towards the runways. We decided to stay at the Narita view as it gives you a great price for value. The lady at the check in (I think her name was Sabu) was so kind to upgrade us to a superior room in...

A nice place to stay the night after a long flight- the beds are very comfortable. But do not expect any help from the staff- I was truly disappointed. We thought we had booked a night with breakfast but were very surprised by the expensive bill. It was too difficult to explain the problem with our web booking and they...
