Good hotel to stay at before/after a flight - shuttle bus was good and on time, rooms are clean and comfortable (bed slightly hard). Evening restaurant buffet was good - unlimited snow crab was especially good, the rest was just standard buffet quality.
ANA put me up here due to a flight delay.
It’s a massive hotel by Japan’s standards but it’s old and dated with a ridiculously small restaurant which they expect to service all the free breakfasts from.

When you check in at the hotel your luggage is either already in your room or at the front desk. We did not need to ship luggage from this hotel. I would e-mail the hotel and verify ahead of time.
