Have stayed at hundreds of hotels across the world in the past 20 years, and was really impressed by the value for money that this hotel offers. To name a few, rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet, very good Japanese breakfast, plenty of high quality washing and drying machines, and nice lounge area with free soups in the evening. General impression was that every member of the hotel staff does their best to provide the guests an excellent experience and are really involved. Having stayed here, it does not surprise me at all that this hotel is ranked as #1 in Tottori.

We stayed here for five nights during our train travels in and around the area. Room was roomy and comfortable, location convenient to train station and eateries. I especially enjoyed using the spa with onsen and massage chair, though I could have used a lesson on how to use it. The daily breakfast buffet for an additional $5 pp./day, was the best thing about staying here. Lots of choices of high-quality dishes, both Asian and Western items, Fresh and well prepared food. I enjoyed trying different specialities over four mornings -- we got off to an energizing start. You never get bored with this breakfast. Staff in the dining area were friendly and helpful. Many hotels in other cities we visited offered a less impressive breakfast buffet for $25 pp, which we passed on. But this one exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. Thanks to the hotel for offering a wonderful room and breakfast value!

It's conveniently located at the back to the Tottori Train Station and next to a department store. The room was clean and of medium size, the bathroom was small but there was a public bath which was very nice. Not all the staff were proficient in English, but they were all very polite and tried to help using a handy translator (which was quite accurate!)

Situated outside north exit of Totori station and using the underpass, walk straight and exit from the basement of Daimaru shopping mall if U got luggage to carry coz there are no escalator going up. From basement of Daimaru shopping mall, take the escalator and exit the mall. Hotel is situated next to it. As we arrived early, we deposited our luggages with the hotel and when we checked in later, it’s already placed in our room. Free coffee and assorted teabags were available 24 hrs in a small room next to reception with a lot of manga books available for reading, sort of like a mini library. Room was quite big and spacious. Only cons is the room slipper which is uncomfortable as it was rubber type with round balls and holes in the bottom.

Decent hotel that is a 3-4 mins walk from Tottori Station via the underpass. There are 3 Lawsons within walking distance, 1 7-11 at the station, and McDonald's is a 10 mins walk away. At night, there's nothing much but in the day, there's a very good bakery a short walk to the left of the hotel when you exit into the main street. Breakfast are the same items everyday, so it got a bit boring after having it for 3 days. Spread was okay, nothing too much, but I hate the system where they will allocate you the seats. They don't try to place you to seat with your friends even though you go in a group. Weird. But one of the days they didn't had anyone in front of the restaurant so it was free seating, which is much preferred.

Location is great and the famous sand dunes is only a few minutes driving. Unfortunately the day is raining when I visit the sand dunes. The room I stay is 18m big with one bed 140cm width that fit to my requirement. The room is clean and the staff also nice and polite. Breakfast also tasty and I like too. Also there is hot spring within this hotel that you can enjoy as well. I recommend this hotel for the value compare with the facilities.

Centrally located this a typical hotel for business or a city trip. Parking is in a garage a block away. The room is adequately sized. We had the last room on the corridor and outside there was a constant engine-like sound, which stopped at midnight. Apart from that we had a good stay, breakfast was fine and wifi worked well.

Location is good it’s not too far away from the train station but the room is not clean enough. I have stayed there for 4 nights, every night something bit me so hard excepting the first night. Even they have helped to change the cover for me. They have provided with good buffet breakfast and Wi-Fi.

We overnighted in two twin rooms to accomodate our family of four. Although the hotel is a bit dated, the rooms are clean and tidy - comfortable beds, small but functional bathroom, just enough room to open two suitcases. Our reception was welcoming with a very competent english-speaking staff member who realised that we had not booked breakfast online. I am glad we did as it was yummy and offers both Japanese and non-Japanese style choices. I found the Japanese breakfast excellent. Close by is a covered street that contains many restaurants for dinner.

We stayed at Green Hotel Morris for the first time in late November while visiting family in Tottori. The hotel is located very close to the JR Tottori Station. It's essentially behind the Daimaru department store. The easiest way to get there is to take the underground tunnel in front of the main (North) entrance of the train station, take the escalator up to front of Daimaru then walk north on the Taiheisen dori for one block, passing Daimaru to your left. The main entrance to the hotel is on Taiheisen on the left, just past one side street. The check-in process was efficient. Our room was basic but clean and functional. Nothing to complain. Humidifiers were available by the elevators for us to use in the room. The breakfast buffet was really inexpensive (about 500 JPY/person). There are a few cafes/restaurants nearby, but most of them do not open until 8 or 9 AM, so we ended up doing the hotel breakfast buffet couple of times. Location is good for public transportation. I thought the numerous art objects from around the world displayed on the first floors were fascinating. I think this is a very good option for a stay in Tottori.
