Unexpected cheap rate for a last minute booking. Caught the last train from Fukuyama and booked about 4 hour prior check in. Dead tired. A bit dated, but comfortable enough with basic amenities and clean. A bit hidden away but the picture of the hotel helped to locate it. Near to the canal district and kombini.

This hotel was built in the seventies and feels like it needs a good update. Our room was very small even in Japanese standards but clean and had all the facilities as more expensive hotels. The set breakfast was good and quite filling. It of course is very close to the station and also close to a very old and... More

The hotel seemed very dirty and I'm not Germ phobic. It needs a complete renovation. It seems so old and run down. The only redeeming factor was the Japanese breakfast. It was a huge breakfast and an interesting experience I would never stay at this hotel again, the only reason we stayed here to begin with was was golden week... More

Rooms were dusty and had no possibility to air them. Hotel could use a bit of new paint and update furniture. Lobby had a smoking and no smoking area without separation, resulting in the whole lobby being filled with smell of cigarettes. The Japanese style breakfast was good, but no continental option is available.

For $300 we got the worst hotelroom ever! Building needs heavily maintenance, room and bathroom were very small, no daylight because of adjacent high building, back entrance on 5th floor. For that price not even breakfast included!

This hotel is incorporated in the Kurashiki Station and is operated by Central Japan Railroads. While not new it is adequate and the location is sufficiently central to make it a good place to use as a starting point if you are planning to spend a day or more in the Kurashiki area. It is within walking distance of the... More

Although this is a cheap-ish hotel, it was not cheap enough for the quality. The room was old and run down, there was hair in the bath tub, the bathtub wasn't fixed so it moved dangerously if you sat on the edge of the tub, the sink looked dirty but may have been stained and the entire top of the...
