Standard TI less than 10 minutes from the station. Small clean functional non-smoking rooms. WiFi worked well. Complimentary breakfast. Only issue was when I wanted to enter my room in the early afternoon.....obviously not the done thing!!

From Kofu station, north exit, turn left and walk straight passing 2 crossings. When you see Kofu city Hall, turn left , walk along the way, then turn right and left again, now hotel is on your right hand. It takes about 8 -10 minutes walk. Although it is an old hotel and room which is small ( a normal size of Japanese hotel), is clean and bed is comfortable . Breakfast is Japanese food only,i.e. rice, miso soup,etc., no English or American breakfast. There is bread with butter and jam but beliieve me Japanese breakfast is much more delicious. From Monday to Thursday between 7.00-8.30 pm. a bowl of rice with Japanesse curry is served without charged. There is a free shuttle bus between hotel and Kofu Station, please check the time-table at the reception. Booking your room on-line is very easy. You can modify or cancel your booking anytime you want. The confirmed e-mail will be sent to you 2-3 days before your booking day to make sure that you get your room. Most receptionists are unable to communicate in English so be patient and try to make them understand what you really want.
