I booked a Japanese-Western room because I wasn't sure if my child would be able to go because of his club activities. I booked for two people, but when my child was able to go, I added one more person, but the price was almost the same, so I'm grateful. The bath is old-looking, but you can use it normally, so it doesn't bother me. For dinner, I ate fried horse mackerel at the hotel, which I had eaten a long time ago and was delicious. I thought it was delicious. It seems to be just regular frozen fries. I also had a delicious breakfast. I have no complaints if I can eat that much for free.

I don't know how many times I've stayed here. I'm a heavy repeat customer. The hotel itself is old, but the baths are good. There's a sauna and it's flowing water. They even have a breakfast buffet, so it's great value for money. I overslept and was a little late, but the staff told me to take my time and eat, so I was able to eat without rushing. I was very happy. There are quite a few people who aren't staying at the hotel who come to the baths, so it's best to go at a different time. That must be how good the baths are. I also had dinner at Kaiji Restaurant on the first floor, and the curry hoto was delicious.

It was wonderful to spend such a comfortable night. Thank you very much.
The hot spring was also great, and I was able to thoroughly soothe my daily fatigue. The private bath was spacious and great for relaxing.
The staff were very friendly and my wife and I are very grateful.
The food in the restaurant was also very satisfying, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the dinner set menu and the breakfast buffet.
I would like to use your services again when I visit Yamanashi. Thank you very much.

I've used this hotel several times. The building itself is old, but the hot springs are very good.
This time, the hotel was fully booked, so the parking lot on the hotel grounds was full.
The location is good and I'll use it again.
I used the family bath, which was spacious and very nice.

I have stayed here many times. It is the best hotel. Whenever I go to Kofu, I always book this hotel. If you think it is a bad hotel, you don't need to go there again. I will continue to use this hotel. However, since the hot spring is so good, local people come to bathe, and it can get crowded depending on the time. I would be happy if they could stagger the time for overnight guests and day-trippers. I am always impressed with how much variety you can eat at the breakfast buffet.

I used a credit card to pay, but the terminal was not working properly so I tried again twice. Later, when I checked the payment notice from the credit card company, I found that I had been charged twice. I immediately contacted the hotel, but they insisted that one had been canceled. After a lot of trouble, the hotel did not cancel the reservation, so I had to call the hotel and the credit card company, which was a lot of trouble and made me feel uncomfortable. Please be careful. It's best to always check. I've been using credit cards for a long time, but this is the first time I've had to do this. I won't be staying here again.

I've been here a few times.
I stayed here even during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Compared to then, breakfast has become much more flexible. It's helpful to have a full stomach here and leave in a good mood, then run errands for the day.
I've stayed in a variety of room types, and the twin room was spacious and nice, but the single room was a bit small. So this time I stayed in a double bedroom, and although the room was small, the bed was spacious and comfortable.
The bath was very good. I've stayed in a variety of accommodations in the city, but this is a hotel where I want to stay and relax, even if it's just for the bath.

The hotel itself is old. You just have to stop worrying about it. I've stayed here several times and I'm always happy. I don't think there is such a good condition hotel with free drinks, cheap room with breakfast and hot springs.

Though I gave a contribution with much effort, an answer becomes slow and is sorry. I have you like the hot spring of our hotel and am glad very much. The milk after having entered the hot spring has a favorable reception. The milk of the bath rise is one Japanese culture. Please enjoy it again if there is the next opportunity. Surely I think that it is a pleasant experience. I wait for the use of your our next hotel with all the staff. Thank you very much for the use of our this hotel and an impression. The positives to start with would be the price! It is unbeatable value. The free breakfast was amazing. Good selection of fish, meat and the usual selection of bread and rice. Free onsen for guests to use. The room itself was surprising larger than most. Parking was right in front of the hotel or at a smaller graveled area just behind.
Now the negatives. The room was very dim. The carpet was grimy. The toilet bowl was absolutely tiny. Will not fit men taller than 1.7m. The water pressure was non existent. The furnishings were very dated. The hotel is located right next to a fly-over. I drove right pass it as the GPS located it right next to the road. Make sure to keep left and take the exit before you can see the hotel. I had to take 15min to U turn back. It is a little away from the town area.
Its definitely serviceable for a short stay.

Thank you for coming to the hotel. And thank you very much for your message. I also have a big room in a room. I also have rooms for the family, but it's a budget hotel, so there are a lot of single rooms. I'm sorry. The toilet seat in the restroom is standard. A tall person may be a little small. When there is a case that you come to Yamanashi to do sightseeing, please rest in the big room next time. I'm sorry that a place is incomprehensible. An easy map is carried in a home page in hotel 123, so please check it. When there is a chance, please come to Yamanashi to do sightseeing. Thank you for coming to the hotel, I had that. staff:yagihashi
