1 night only, very small cramped room over looking industrial area. Basic breakfast. Close to shops and places to eat. Interesting department store nearby with eating facilities on the top floor. Would not recommend this hotel.

Just a basic hotel but I found it satisfying, the bed was comfy, water flow was good, great location, also, there was a restaurant just next to it. There was a festival when we were there, so all the roads nearby were closed, it was a great experience for me. Overall great value hotel for such price I paid.

Visited for 1 night (thank goodness) with hubby as part of a Titan tour of Japan with 37 people. This hotel is not up to Titan's normal standards so complaint has been sent in. Rooms are small and basic. The bathroom is basically a porta cabin built into the corner of the room with large step in and out. Buffet...

A short walk from the JR Matsumoto train station and bus terminal (right of the station when you exit). Attractions are also within 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Good amenities, modern and comfortable. Met all my travel needs.

The hotel is what you'd expect from one in this price range and with it basically being a 'business hotel'. I stayed in an 'economy' double so it was just like every other such room I've stayed in throughout Japan. That's to say it's small, basically furnished, clean and has a 'unit bath' (with washlet). The bed literally took up...

Location was good, very close to the train station. Had a triple room so space was tight, but manageable. Generally clean, but the bedroom window did not appear to shut tightly and there seemed to be some dark mold around it. The bathroom also smelled of mildew. Based on the sound of the other reviews, it seems that this room...

A very solid and modern hotel next to the bus station and a short 5 min walk from the JR Train station. In addition to close proximity to public transportation, its downtown location is perfect for walking to all attractions, including the Imperial Castle, city parks and gardens and several shrines and temples. Matsumoto is a beautiful setting with the...

The location is excellence. 20 mins walk to Matsumoto Castle, 20 mins walk to Nawate Street, 20 mins walk to Nakamachi Street. Lots of eatery around...
