Nice hotel, booked for one night but then decided to stay another. Very conveniently located. Paid 26.xk for first night, 15.xk for second for what I assume is their standard double room. Pros - Location right near the to train station - Everyone speaks English, friendly staff, was recommended good restaurant by bell boy and he helped me with reservation...

Staying for 2 nights as part of a tour of Honshu Island arranged by the impressive Spear Travel Group of Thame and Inside Japan Tours, we were most impressed by this hotel which affords a high standard of service and luxury. Our 28th floor room provided a great city view, was spacious with an excellent bathroom stocked with L'Occitane toiletries....

If you get bored with Tokyo ( you have to try very hard) you can always do a side trip to Kanazawa. 2.5 hours away from Tokyo in the hokuriku express shinkansen from Tokyo station will bring you to Kanazawa's central station. Then it is a 5 minute walk underground to hotel Nikko. The hotel us modern and service is...

We booked this hotel whilst in Japan with the help of another hotel using a Japanese language site. Unfortunately this resulted in an error in the dates for our booking. We only discovered this when we received an email saying we had not showed up when in fact we had not planned to arrive for another 2 days. We rang...

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Nikko Kanazawa for 4 nights in April, 2017. The room was on the small side but the excellent location and view made staying here worthwhile. Hotel Nikko Kanazawa is conveniently located, one block from the Kanazawa Train Station. There is a covered underground passageway that connects the hotel with the station. Right...

We were upgraded to an excellent room. Lovely bathroom, lots of room, Nespresso machine etc. It seems strange to say that we had a great view of the railway station way below us. It's actually a beautiful building. This is a superb location if you arrive by train, a few minutes walk above or below ground. Of the half dozen...

This Hotel is right in the middle of Kanazawa. It as all the modern conveniences and the staff was very efficient in check in and checkout. The breakfast buffet was very good and included Asian and Western dishes. We only stayed here one night on our tour but would have liked to stay longer.

2 nights at the Nikko. We had an attractive room overlooking the swooping roof of the train station and, in the distance, the Sea of Japan. The room was done in neutral colors with a boldly striped rug. There were both an easy chair and a chaise, each with side tables, in addition to the built in desk. The bed...

Nice room with all the necessary and usual amenities. Bathroom was nice with a tub and shower. Lighting was the best I have ever seen in a hotel. Only downside is the room became too hot. No AC so one night was very uncomfortable. The second they brought in a portable unit.

This is a luxury property conveniently located across the street from the spectacular rail station. We had a very spacious room on a top floor with panoramic views over Kanazawa. The room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was huge. You could see on the floor chart on the back of the door that some rooms are quite small so...
